Exception after exception after exception. Customer service staff of no help whatsoever. Clearly not interested in client concerns. Requested to forward call to management and got cut off after holding for 32 minutes.

I took a package to be over nighted I asked to make sure that it would be there over night I was told it would I ask would it be there in the morning and the afternoon she couldn't say that package did not yet there overnight

UPS is the STANDARD, IN U.S. and INTERNATIONAL shipping. Wtf? 2 stars? That is rediculous! UPS GETSit where it needs to go consistently.
