I pay 50$ for delivery and still not receive it. It have been 6 days now the package is at UPS warehouse 15 km from my house but I can’t do nothing about it. . Very frustrated

Poor delivery service...package mailed June 3rd 2020 and today is the 8th and still hasn't been delivered

I found a Sorry We Missed You sticker from UPS on my door on Saturday. I did not hear anyone knock. I had signed up for text messages regarding delivery. I have not received any. Its Monday evening and no one has attempted to deliver my package again. I have tried to contact customer service and can't reach a live person. I cannot get any answers online. Basically there is no way that I'm aware of to find out where my package is or when it will be actually delivered. I am going to get a refund or dispute the charge and buy the product on Amazon, who is much, much better regarding delivery and talking to someone when there is a problem. And if there is a problem with Amazon they go above and beyond to correct the issue and make their customers happy. UPS delivery is terrible and I will never again order a package from a company if I know they use UPS. This is a package delivery nightmare.

U are not on time an service is bad just like get ex never use again the mail service is a lot better

Paid shipping twice and been hung up on repeatedly. Can't seem to track my parcel anywhere. It said GB than CA than GB again. It's frustrating to say the least.

I am very embarrassed and upset about a package I had shipped to my daughter in law. When she received the box it was smashed so bad and her Birthday gift was completely in pieces. I even packed with bubble wrap and marked the box fragile. It looked like it had been stopped on and thrown against a wall. I hope i can get a refund of the gift and shipping charges.i would have given 0 stars if it was an option.

Package was to be delivered by June 5. It is june 7 and still nothing. Amazon should not give false delivery information. Package was shipped from California to Chicago Illinois..I live in Southern Illinois. St Louis is closer. RatRati
