last week they told me I supposed to get my package here today now it's too late 1 *

Very dissatisfied with your service I was to receive my package from June 9 now is saying am going to receive it June 15

The most incredibly incompetent shipping company I have ever had the misfortune to deal with . I insisted on clearing customs in Canada myself . UPS assigned their broken to clear the small parcel at my expense . Since then the package has sat in the UPS warehouse for over one week .

Very expensive and poor service

Constantly not getting my delivery shipper has correct address until ups gets package then they put incorrect address barcode . Now this has been going on for 4out of 7 times . How stupid can this company be . I call and call to correct this problem they just can’t get it correct . So now I call ALL who I buy from and have no choice and ask them to NOT SHIP with UPS . UPS is TERRIBLE I hope those in charge read this .

UPS lost my parcel, months later and STILL no refund !

After it says it will still be there today....nothing. only 20 minutes away but can't make it to the house

Worse than the USPS. They can never get a package to you by the original delivery date.

I have not receive my package. Its been more than 1 weeks in half, and i pay for 2 days air. They are not organized, they do not have a good tracking system. Customers service its horrible because they never have an answer, they don't event know where the package and that not acceptable. Bad bad bad bad service

Ups does not deliver on the day that is supposed to always late

I would give 0 they do not deserve a 0. Preferably-1. Lied for 5 days in transient still has not arrived.
