Called the Charlotte transit number 704-599-7150. They told me to call corporate. Explained that I had already done this and there were no live agents due to pandemic. They were laughing and telling me that was impossible, yet many other UPS stores that I called said they had heard that from many customers. Extremely rude and poor customer service. For the record, there are no live agents. I’ve called about 10 times on different days.

UPS didn’t leave a packing slip or my package. Apparently I was supposed to know when it was arriving and call. I’ve called and gotten terrible customer service, tracked my bridesmaids dress across the country and am still trying to get it sent to my apartment. I’ll do anything to avoid UPS in the future.

I have a parcel that has been shipped to Lachine over 2 weeks ago and it hasn't made its way to my front door yet. It's way overdue the delivery date and they have no date to give me for when I may receive it. Really upset.

My parcel was to arrive on Friday by end of day. On Saturday kept checking on the tracking and still no information, I got feed up and today I called, she assured me that I would recieve my parcel by end of day Monday May 25th, well its 10.41 and still no parcel. That is why I prefer Canada Post.

Slowest Delivery System in the US - Always has been always will be! I think Amazon has made a huge mistake not sticking with Fed Express more - there is no comparison - our local UPS guys are great and not the problem - but I know if it’s UPS only God knows when and if I will get it it - I’ve experienced their mistakes over and over over the years and even paid for insurance but received nothing from them when they lost package- I’ll never understand why they never get better - must have a real brain trust at the top!

Rediculous. From Mississauga, to vaugn, to Brantford took a month!? And it's still not at my house in Simcoe yet??? It spent 8 days in Concord Ontario. Totally unacceptable. It hasn't moved from its last check point for days. Bulls"#t

I have been tracking my package which was supposed to be here 5/20/2020. Then it changed to 5/21/2020...then it changed to 5/22/2020. I can see it keeps saying error occur & my delivery date has changed. My neighbor has UPS delivered almost every other day like clock work he tells me. But my package some how keeps getting rescheduled. I am so disappointed

I’ve been trying to get my parcel to my building for 3 weeks and each time they “attempt” a delivery they don’t leave an info notice, they don’t buzz, they don’t make any attempt to contact us. Tried calling to get it to an access point and they didn’t even bring it there. Absolute trash company. With i could rate them zero
