Got notified package was delivered, but it was not. Could not follow up using phone, nor internet. Had to contact the merchant that sent package for follow up and replacement.

On the UPS website and other apps that I use to track my parcels said that I was suppose to receive me shipment by 8:59 I waited to 9:30 and no driver Now On the UPS website it says delivery time had changed to the next day at this point UPS word doesnt mean anything I would be surprised if I seen my package next week even though it says out for delivery

Just awful. No real help when trying to a package. It was not delivered on the date it supposed to be. Virtual helper was no help at all 5/20/20.
