I haven’t received my package, based on the tracking info, i refused the package. I am at home and nobody’s delivering my package, nobody’s calling my cp and they’re saying that I refused it

Package at the facility since May 07 today is May 13. Nobody even bothers to answer the phone . Wth

Arrived at the depot at 7 am and was “processed - on its way” and didn’t arrive at my home until 5 days later...the depot is 20 mins from my home!! Unacceptable time frame. Going forward I will avoid ordering from stores that use UPS. Too bad the stores have to lose out due to the poor service provided baby UPS, but maybe if more people do this more stores will stop using them unless they improve their service.

Will never use UPS again,mailed package on May 4th, told it should be there May 7th now it's May 12th still not delivered has been sitting in Wilmington, NC for 5 days.Tracker says should be today ,it's almost 9pm and still no package !!

Very bad experience,they lefted package in the building hallway , no phone call or any signs that my stuff arrived. My neighbor picked up from the floor and brought it up to me. I hope you will do something about this.

Didn't even try to get in my building. Now I have to go God knows where with no I'd to try and get my package. Horrible service. Canada post always hand delivers Ups is lazy

My order arrived Atlanta on 4/28/2020. Till today 5/12/2020, it hasn’t arrived my place in Doraville. I am wondering is this a normal UPS service?
