Can't seem to find my house when the address is clearly marked in two places. Have called twice to resolve the issue with zero results. I find it amazing that Amazon prime and FedEx have no problem finding our house. Very unsatisfied.

I am very mad. The UPS driver left my package on my neighbors porch instead of mine. If I were to go take it. I think people would think that I would be stealing

Ordered something from a company in Tucson AZ and they used UPS was supposed to get to Sun City the next day (Monday) and after being on the truck for delivery (according to the updates) for 8 different days not including the weekend if finally arrived on the following Wednesday at 9:24 pm. Absolutely rediculous.

Worst shipping company ever my package have been stuck in my area for 2days

they never arrive when they say. I ordered a package and they keep saying it will be on this day, but it never does. If I could use another carrier I would.

Terrible shipping time

Parcel stuck in Concord Ontario for six days! Still not showing as leaving there and it’s supposed to be in Burlington today !!

I received an email on the 12th that I would receive my package tomorrow. I waited took a day off and waited all day, still no package. I tracked the package and it keeps saying it will be delivered at the end of day on the 13th. Now it is midnight so nope no package. Thanks for wasting my day!

Bad service, got an email on monday from ups, saying my package would be here that day and I've called over and over and they say the same thing, it is Wednesday 9.00 pm and it is not here yet, I am very disappointed with UPS

My package arrived in Warwick on the 6 of may still not out for delivery

I’ve been on the phone for a minimum of an hour each day for the last 4 days. Each time I am told my package will arrive tomorrow . It’s now been tomorrow for 4 days and still nothing. Pretty sure they lost it! The last two nights I was also told my package would be sent out to deliver as priority (nope) Yesterday I was told whoever was delivering didn’t have a sheet that stated duty fees were paid over a week ago and that’s why my package has been going past my house. This company is unorganized. My package better not be getting sent back to shipper considering I’ve needed it since last Friday.
