This is the third day you told us our order would be here hasn't arrived yet and i am getting tired of waiting for it. Very poor service and i dont appreciate being lied to.

My order never was delivered. Been two weeks now

Package has been sitting in your warehouse since Friday early morning and have made no effort to get it delivered on time for Mother’s Day

They hold your items at customs and expect you to pay $60+ brokerage fees on top of the customs fees! They are criminals.

terrible service i have ever seen zero rate

3 times my package was left at the wrong address. And you can not speak to a supervisor about it. They say someone will call you within 1 hour but not call ever comes.

Delivery only attempted once then left at the facility furthest from my house.

I paid for 2 day shipping and the package has not is still sitting in the trailer. And now when I call no one is answering the phone.

Terrible service my parcel is over a week late and has been sitting in concord.

My package was scheduled for May 5, then May 6, then May 7 now it shows exception.

Planned delivery failed stayed home for nothing grrrr

Worst service ever!!!!!!! lost two days of handling my business because I was waiting on my package which, by the way, IS STILL NOT HERE!!!!!!!!!!

Package never showed up! Said it was delivered!! Couldn’t talk to anyone and to make a claim is impossible
