Waiting for parcel since late April. No word of receiving any time soon

Package mailed on May 4th told it would be there on May 7th now it May 11th and still not delivered. Will use Fed x next time

Worst place to use to get your packages on time. I paid extra to have my packages shipped over night. They said Monday will be the delivery date. Monday night, no package and when I checked the tracking number it was for Tuesday, the next day. Probably wont get my money back for next day delivery either.

Pkg originally showed ETA 5/7. Then changed to 5/8. Then changed to 5/11. Website showing ETA today since 8 AM but pkg still not received!

We are waiting for an Urgent part since 3 weeks and it is written on this site since 2 weeks that the parcel is in on deliveries??? This is a real pitty!

They are the worst !!! Changed my delivery dates twice with no notifications

It would have been great if the driver actually rang the doorbell once he got to my place. He just left a notice behind. I was home. This is not the first time this happened. Why do companies use the courier if they're so lazy?

Tracking showed my order left your destination 09:33 and should have it by 8pm. No delivery. Then it showed it would be delivered by 9pm still no delivery. I had changed my plans so u could be here when it came and it wouldn't get stolen. That was a wasted day.
