My delivery driver is always nice he gets the package here as quick as he can delays happen you know shout out to my ups driver

My package has not arrived ☹️. It's by 5 days. All it says is out for delivery. Very dissatisfied with the service

My route driver never delivers on time

The worst delivery service available! Pony express was better! Should be ashamed to refer to itself as a shipping/delivery company! Will tell everyone to avoid!

Our tax forms arrived TOTALLY SOAKED and IN A DRY BOX. They ruined our paperwork!!!

made an order online from another country paid for UPS delivery ,I have been waiting for more than a month , can see my tracking in UPS system in processing time , but its toooo long for express delivery:(

All I can say is UPS delivery is poor at best. Customer service is non existent. Can’t file a claim like system says too because package was delivered. I will from this point on pay more and go out of my way not to use them ever again!

During the COVID19 pandemic I needed a Pmt for my RN license delivered by Friday. Due to some hard working individuals...it got there on time. Way to go guys!

4 days ago the package I'm expecting left Richmond. It said it will be delivered on the 5th is the 8th and still says on it's way. I tried to call and it says busy. Last time I'm buying something that is delivered by UPS
