Since last 10days its showing parcel is in Hong-Kong. We don't find any easy way to contact ups. After taking so much charges if you don't deliver goods on time its useless. Also nobody inform at time of pickup that due to national holidays goods will be more delayed. Than what's the use of air cargo 1ZA6D3730431567050

This is the worst carrier service. Right I have 2 packages they were delivered yesterday which they were not. The tracing shows they were delivered to a mailbox in Madisonville, KY which is not where I live. A week ago they said they were not able to deliver a package and would send it back to the seller when it was delivered to me. I had to contact Amazon to straighten that problem out. I don't know what the problem is either negligence or incompetence, but it is giving UPS a bad name and review.
