Tracking telks me its on the truck and to be delivered today but doesnt show up .I call 3 different times . get 3 different people . and is told 3 different lies . horrible service .

UPS tracking is totally worthless, my package has been lost for a week and I can’t get a refund. I have to wait a little longer to see if they can find it, after three missed dilivery died lines.

Thank you so much to my UPS carrier. She came back and delivered my packages after my neighbors almost got to her.. Kudos for her coming back to deliver after dog was put inside.. I just everyone knows the risks you all take for all of us... God Bless You all and safe.....Thank you

My box was delivered to the wrong address and was opened accidentally by the homeowners daughter who returned to me with apology but that’s beside the point. 403 vs. 419, that’s several houses down, incompetent service! I am not pleased at all!

My order has been delayed 3 times already. I have no issues with this in lieu of the pandemic. However I was supposed to finally get my package today and again nothing and not even an update as to when it's going to arrive. I would like to know when it is actually going to be here as I work in healthcare and am seldom at home right now.

A disgusting service and company I have ever seen this is my first time package with them they don't even have info where my package is tracking not working online I paid all the charges through my credit card I was supposed to receive my package on Friday I called someone told me you will receive it on Monday then when I call on Monday supervisor told me the full and final delivery will be on Tuesday I called on Tuesday another supervisor told the package is still on hold. I don't recommend this company to anyone who will go through this experience. I wish I could give them 0 rating very disappointed.

I wish i can provide 0 star rating! WTF UPS! Every time i call you provide a different delivery date! Such unprofessional staff! I have been waiting for 3 weeks now and my package is RIGHT NEARBY! This is UNFAIR! Don’t use CORONA VIRUS as an excuse! You’re just not doing your job properly
