Service absolutely horrible!!! I am so disappointed in UPS and the information that was given incorrectly every single time! The website says my package is in transit but the representative says it’s still sitting in that office in Baldwin Park!! I have been sleeping on the floor with no bed and now still no mattress. If representatives are unsure of information they should say that and not what they think the customer wants to hear. The Automator says my package is out for delivery today at 936pm. That’s incorrect! This is very frustrating and if I had known free delivery would of been like this I would have just paid!! Never again will I trust UPS!!

Just an advise, for similar rate you have FedEx or DHL, don't hesitate, UPS service is awful.

I’m have finished my 3rd week waiting for a pkg from Calgary to Ottawa? The same excuses of circumstances beyond their control for a 4th day? Still not received when it’s been in the city for over one week??

If I could give you PS a zero that's what you would get, you messed up my delivery date and place, I understand that could be common but now that I'm trying to track my package things have been erased and I can't find nothing out!!!

Why did they need to change the tracking site for a package. Makes me not want to ship through ups anymore!

Very bad service, I called 3 times to get information regarding my packag, which is on hold "due to global health concerns", I was on hold for 45 minutes to 1 hour each time, and in the end there was connection problem, I could not hear the customer service agent, not she could me hear property. She promised someone will call me back, but nobody called me already 3 days...

Terrible service, did NOT receive my package. They delivered it to the wrong address, & are telling me there’s nothing they can do about it. Very Angry.
