  • No info about exception, no way to speak to someone, complicated web site, OBLIGATION to register as UPS user to get tracking updates, complete and total disappointment for after sales service. Will never use them again.

  • It’s great you can tell me when it was loaded on to the truck, why can’t you tell me an estimated time of when this said truck will actually be in my area? They must check in and report when they drop deliveries off, there for You Must know how far along they are on their route. Highly dislike the ALL day wait on your “Out for Delivery/On route” should at least be to receive a 1-2hr ETA. (Between 4-6pm)

  • I’m upset that my granddaughter hasn’t received her gift. I sent it from Florida on 4/11/20. I thought for sure and was told that it would be delivered by 4/15/20. I checked the tracking number and the website stated it was delivered to Bountiful, Utah on 4/15/20 at 4:48am. But it hasn’t been delivered. My daughter and I checked the tracking number again and now it’s not going to be delivered until 4/20/20. I don’t understand what happened. I know it wasn’t much but it was a special little gift from her grandma in Florida for her birthday.

  • I ordered two computer monitors both shipped the same time one arrives the box says 1of2 right on the package so I call ups the lady said yup happens all the time said wait a few days it may show up doesn’t take my info or look it up or nothing but yet you check the tracking number they sure show it delivered. Sad last who answered the phone was just not professional at all and I was cal cool about it but after getting off the phone I feel like I’m flipping a coin if I’ll see the other box arrive or not.

  • I know these are crazy time with covid-19. But when we need you the most you are the worst shipping company in the history of shipping. You web pages say something different then the emails you send me. I have no idea what is going on. My god you call centre at 800 742 5877 takes hours to answer assuming the answer at all. I am disabled and this can not be blamed on covid19. For 3 years you have screwed up 100%of your deliveries. Everything I buy is delivered. Only UPS has these problems. Clean up your act for once.

  • My package has been late for 3 days. The only message I see is that it is delayed due to "circumstances beyond control" whatever that means. A reason or even an email with a realistic plan would have gone a long way
