Ups brought a package yesterday and was supposed to also bring my second parcel. Not sure what the issue is. They claimed to not have my address which is false as I called customer service.

Poor service, package sent to wrong province can't seem to talk to anyone . Busy times but need better accuracy

Not a fast service

My package stuck in Brossard since last Friday. Phone always busy. No Idea when Will be delivered. Can't reach anyone to go get my package.

I have paid $40 to have a parcel expedited from Toronto to Harrow Ontario. This is a 4 hour drive. I paid on Mon 27 2020. It is now Thursday the 30. I checked tracking and it has not even left the GTA.after 3 days. I undetstand things are slower right now. But I never should have been charged the maximum when it was not going to be expidited.

Delivered my package (which I was waiting for several weeks) to the complete wrong adress

It's been 50 days for a package from Calgary to Ontario and I still haven't got it

Ordered my item on Sunday . UPS just delivered it at 4:20pm on Wednesday April 29, 2020 . 3 days later great !!!

My package took more than 8 hours to be delivered after it was loaded on to a delivery vehicle how is this reasonable at all

My order was delivered in the wrong address and when I got into customer service I couldn't get any help because I sent 2 email and called them so that they can go and collect my parcel nobody responded to my email and calls till today ...this is a sh!tty corrier

UPS was right on time they always find my house FedEx does not I prefer UPS
