  • I have called the online 3 times to explain that my package was NOT LEFT AT MY ADDRESS. Each time my call was disconnected when I was supposed to talk to an agent. If I could give your website or your online service a 0 I would.

  • Went to the UPS in Kahala on Oahu and had The Best Service from Steve whom was so kind and patient with me when I could noT figure out my Amazon Return Label. I know, sad. But Steve was great and thanks so much for all you do in these CraZy TimeS!!!

  • Did not contact building superintendent to deliver a parcel. A sign instructing deliveries was posted but driver did not follow thru and I was in the condo...,now I have to pick up the parcel

  • UPS has been giving me a hard time my review is UPS's Jong because I've been old and packages that was supposed to come here like a week ago and I've never received nothing they told me my estimate delivery date plus the expectation of one day delay for every day for a whole almost a week and it was supposed to be here last Monday so I think this is crazy of UPS I give them

  • I'm not sure of the gentleman's name I just wanna give props to the guy how delivered my mattress today. My husband ripped the muscles in his lower back so he has been unable to sleep on our former memory foam mattress in the world of Corona I didn't know when we would get a new one. I met the delivery driver down stairs to receive it, I offered to take it from there he declined and hauled it up the 3 flights of start to our door. Thank you so much for that. With ups it actually arrived 2 days before it was scheduled. Thank you for helping me to sleep next to my husband again!

  • Package arrived but doorbell was not pushed to notify the package had arrived. Understand the social distancing but not asking the driver to wait for someone to answer the doorbell. Just ring it do that the people that are home knows to check the front door. Common courtesy. Disappointed in the service of just pushing a doorbell. Nothing more.

  • C’est vraiment pas normal qu’un colis soit bloqué durant 20 jours dans un entrepôt ups a 2 pas ( Blainville-Saint-Eustache). Très déçu du service!!!!!

  • Service absolutely horrible!!! I am so disappointed in UPS and the information that was given incorrectly every single time! The website says my package is in transit but the representative says it’s still sitting in that office in Baldwin Park!! I have been sleeping on the floor with no bed and now still no mattress. If representatives are unsure of information they should say that and not what they think the customer wants to hear. The Automator says my package is out for delivery today at 936pm. That’s incorrect! This is very frustrating and if I had known free delivery would of been like this I would have just paid!! Never again will I trust UPS!!

  • Just an advise, for similar rate you have FedEx or DHL, don't hesitate, UPS service is awful.
