Bad response no Current update given on a timely fashion

Slow slow slow ... boring, items are not moving 2 or 3 day in the same point , shame

Parcel came to Windsor close to where I live. Paid import fees, after I got message. Now my parcel is sitting at Mount Hope, Ontario. I still did not receive parcel. So disappointed.

I got an email stating that my package was delivered to me last Tuesday. Today is my second and no package came and I’ve been home every day. It showed that it got delivered in Texas it’s going across United States. If it was a live it then why did not receive it in South Yarmouth, Massachusetts. I am using this site to voice my complaint because nobody wants to talk to me. My tracking number is: 1Z0373410246348864. I would appreciate if someone would send something to my email and let me know what happened to my package. thank you

Lost package , not happy at all.. bad service.

Another absolute disaster from UPS. Delivery not received. Driver didn't call. Just put the sticker on the outside of the window and drove off. Talked to UPS and they said they would send it right over, they did not. Waiting for important medication now delayed 2 more days.

Update your tracking information... don't just day, "beyond our control'. Inform your customers the reason it is beyond your control!!!!ex. Staff shortage, quarantine, etc.

Late delivery and bad service

Do not deliver when they say they will. Very disappointed.

Saw the truck drive past my house deliver 2 houses down and now it shows my package on your map as going back to New York
