My package stays at one place and doesn’t move and they don’t get anything delivered on time

Worse company ever. My package was sent 9 days ago under expedite.the tracker shows package stayed in warehouse in Corona for 7 days. On Friday a rep called and asked if I had my package. He said I would have it on Monday or Tuesday. The tracker now shows the package is my home town on Monday. Tjis is a lie it is now Tuesday evening and no package yet. Do not use this terrible service. I should receive a refund. I also notice your site is set up so you have to show at least one star for the rating you do not deserve it.

Crap service, delays upon delays, broken boxes/items and no refunds nor reimbursements eben though shipping insurance was paid. Absolutely the worst delivery service out there. Tracking is useless. UPS is utterly unreliable and untrustworthy. Use any other company.

I dropped off 2 pkg I never opened and have no way to prove the co received them.

I paid for 2 day shipping and I’ve been tracking this package. It has now been 4 days and it’s still not here. At the end of the third day it was “delayed due to severe weather”, the sky was clear and there was no bad weather all night. FedEx delivered packages that same evening, why not UPS? And this isn’t the first time! May be it’s the delivery driver but I would not use ups if there was any other way!

Package has been “delayed” for 5 days now.

I have been waiting for my order from a month. Every Other day they revise the shipment. No signs of my order.

No package delivered on the 29th of April, 2020 as promised, another promise May 4th, 2020 still nothing, cant even check where is it, is it coming anytime soon or ever? Will avoid UPS at all cost in the future.

Never got my package they lost my package probley delivered to the place I am mad

It says my package is delivered but I haven't received it and on the map it shows last seen place is west Allegan Rd but I live 6 miles away from there so I know it's not delivered to the right address

I had two notifications today that said both my packages were delivered and I haven’t gotten ANY of my packages! I am really upset about this as I paid for items and I do not have them and yet I’m getting a notification that’s saying it was delivered and it WAS NOT!!! I need answers!!!

UPS you’re service is poor my parcel last 2 weeks same place when my bhrother send parcel he ask before send how long it will take to reach ther you guys said 3 to 4 days 99 person you guys are lied to mee I want to give you 0 star

I've been waiting for a delivery for 4 days and keep being delayed by circumstances beyond your control and keep being told maybe tomorrow. I have to go out to get groceries, and cant stay in. What am I supposed to do?
