  • I have paid $40 to have a parcel expedited from Toronto to Harrow Ontario. This is a 4 hour drive. I paid on Mon 27 2020. It is now Thursday the 30. I checked tracking and it has not even left the GTA.after 3 days. I undetstand things are slower right now. But I never should have been charged the maximum when it was not going to be expidited.

  • I have been waiting for my package since Saturday. I am still waiting for it to be delivered. My package is Curial. I have called for several days and spoke to a representative who continues to tell me it’s out for delivery. Well, I am still waiting for the delivery. I understand that we are all going through a world crisis (COVID-19). I am hoping my package arrives today. I will be making another call only to speak with a supervisor this time. I did give 3 stars because I never had this problem before with UPS even during this Curial time (COVID-19). Stay Safe Everyone
