I know these are crazy time with covid-19. But when we need you the most you are the worst shipping company in the history of shipping. You web pages say something different then the emails you send me. I have no idea what is going on. My god you call centre at 800 742 5877 takes hours to answer assuming the answer at all. I am disabled and this can not be blamed on covid19. For 3 years you have screwed up 100%of your deliveries. Everything I buy is delivered. Only UPS has these problems. Clean up your act for once.

My package has been late for 3 days. The only message I see is that it is delayed due to "circumstances beyond control" whatever that means. A reason or even an email with a realistic plan would have gone a long way

next day delivery, turned out to be 4 days later,,same size package 2 weeks earlier I used Royal mail and it arrived next day,, so 5 star royal mail,but 1 star for these

We are waiting for our item to be delivered .. it is almost 2 weeks we have not received our item .. it is sitting at your UPS store .. for some reason when I call they it is still pending .. kindly look into this and please deliver our item as soon as possible ..

I am very displeased with the service I received today. The box was soaked with liquid and the product was open in the box driver BOLTED back to the truck did not tàke a picture of the delivery.

I am tired if UPS delivering my pigs to the wrong address. My house is right next door and address is in plain site. I have never had this problem before until the last month. I am feed up with their service.

I am angry mad! With UPS CANADA. Shipment arrived Richmond-UPS April 09, 2020. Import Fee paid April 10, Since then, I lost track, on line shows "Exception". Tried call in 5 times and wait for 25 minutes, Nobody answer the phone. Really frustrated!

The delivery person was incredible rude to our downstairs neighbours. They wouldn’t deliver the package to our door (literally said “I’m not going up up there”) and shoved the package at our neighbours and left. Very disappointed.

Ils ont perdu mon colis à plus de 800$. Impossible de parler à un superviseur. Impossible de savoir quel camion était en charge du colis. Ils m'ont donné plusieurs fausses dates de livraison... Service HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!
