What kind of Delivery Service holds your package for $100 import fee then turns around and says they can't deliver it. This Service should be refused in Canada they are absolutely not interested in Customer Service

Got email from supplier days ago that my item had been shipped. But according to ups tracking parcel has not moved since 4/4/20

UPS, at least in NE Kansas and NW Missouri, is a rogue operation where certain UPS personnel threaten and harass customers that do business with certain companies, ie Amazon. And under the "man" or security czar J. Reese, will put you (the customer), your family, neighbors and community at risk by escalating vindictive and retaliatory actions that threaten the safety of all you hold dear as well as all those in your community. This poses a danger to all!

The driver of 1600 Sedgwick ave Bronx NY 10453 APT 26-N. This driver just comes in the building and doesn’t inform any one who has a package from the buzzer he just putting them on the floor in the mail room now my kids package was stolen because he didn’t inform me the it was down in the mailbox room on the floor so any body can take it. We have a Security guard and a Buzzer in the lobby so he can call us on the intercom and let who ever has a package can come down and get it I understand there a Virus going around but he such still have some pride in his job. So who ever it is an you can count on him just dropping his package in the lobby with out using the Intercom

I'm looking for my package what is the tracking number?

Tracking says my package was delivered but I was home the day it was delivered but nothing was dropped off at my house, no knock, no package.
