Barely updates to let you know where your parcel is too.

One order., 3 boxes, 1delivered yesterday, 2 helded due to the COVID and to be delivered at a later date? Difficult to understand...Kind on non sense and not good for the environnement.

Understandably delays were expected during the current climate with COVZID19. What is difficult to understand is why I have received packages shipped through express mail in 2-3 days and why I have been waiting for aprox 5 weeks for a standard shipping package to be delivered?

Waited all day and my package never arrived. They said it was still on its way or maybe tomorrow. I have no way of contacting the driver or seeing how far along it is. I needed it desperately and I am extremely disappointed.

Very expensive and slow delivery

Will never use them again. Terrible service and even worse customer service

Doesn't show real time map of package like FedEx does

What a joke been waiting on my package for 3 weeks knowone can tell me where it is never using this joke of a company again

UPS drivers have always been very very wonderful! But times have changed now and for many of us older people UPS drivers have become Heroes!

Worst experience of my life is using ups, never will use it again if I can help it.!!!
