Its been a record that you guys never deliver package to actual address. Just drop it everytime at nearby pickup center to save your time and waste another person's time.

Trying to track a package from February 19th, 2020. Saying it’s processing, still waiting for a refund from the company I sent it back to. SMH!

Never a problem with UPS!

Inaccurate. Says my package was in my area at 3:44 when I looked at 2:00

Customer service very unprofessional and rude. Supervisor hung up on me. Could not understand what they were saying. UPS needs to move customer service back to U.S. and also list phone numbers for local UPS locations. I will be considering that my business associates no longer use UPS for any future services.

I didn’t receive my package.

Deliverd with a note but never rang the door bell??? Did not get my medication on time??? Very disturbing

Overnight delivery.. expensive but on time... Good job!

I ordered a computer said it was suppose to be here on March 25 but it hasn’t left the station and my kid needs to do his homework for school since all he has is online work

Gor email on march 23 , 2020 which said my parcel was scanned but all of a sudden disappeared!!! Since then I don’t know where is my parcel!!!
