I haven't recieved my package it said deliver at 6pm and nothing

My experience was very poor. The delivery driver did not knock on my door. When arrive to my address" nor did he ring the doorbell. So when I was alerted my a family member that the UPS driver was outside it was to late to get my package. So he left a package slip to go the Access point around my area, once I arrive to the locker" and my tracking number in the system. It deny the tracking number. So I call the help desk " where i had great customer service from the repersntive. As he was working hard to find my package, he told me my package was sent back to the loading dock. The driver never took the package back to the access point. I just think that it was really unprofessional and time consuming.I really feel that the driver need extended training on completing task.

They are true to when the package arrives. Sometimes they don’t arrive to the right house.

Never got package was received by someone else. It was held at the ups store and picked up but not by me ..i would think they would have had to show and ID for proof of identity to be able to get it .. Im very pissed off.

Its 530pm out for delivery since 943 am having received package suposingly will be delivered by today..this city is only population 650 people busy really!!!

My packages were lost twice. Not using again.

Finally received package. Noone rang bell or knocked on door just put envelope on concrete infront of door. Very sad

I wish I could rate zero stars. It’s a freaking quarantine, I’m home. They didn’t even knock on the door, ring the doorbell. Just left a paper, now I have to go to a drugstore to pick up my box with a child using public transport. All other delivery companies just drop off at door step yet this guys.. twits ..

Ups has left somebody else's package at my house it was for Michelle Williams 3402 bell Dr Rex ga...come and get it UAM a senior citizen and can not lift the package my address is 3374 bell drive Rex ga. 30273
