Was on the 1888 line today for close to 30 min to find out that my shipment had not yet arrived. The agen could have just given me the tracking number and told me that in the first 5 min. But it took 30 min to find thar out.. Really disappointed with the service..

Horrible online services, called their 1888 number and ups has it where you cannot speak to an agent…period! Signed up for ups my choice, and my access was denied. Never using ups in the future

This is a very bad service. How am I supposed to pay for duty fees when I have neither been contacted or given a link to do so. This is very frustrating. I WILL NEVER use this service again. I would give no star at all if i could.

Pretty bad when you wish Amazon used Canada post instead. Never thought I'd be comparing a worse service to gov mail.. then you deal with ups... Driver scanned my package as emergency exception citing weather... It's 15 degrees Celsius , sunny spring day. The pack was 40 km away. Tracking had out for delivery at 8 57 am... Waited like a moron all day for notjing , after they GURANTEED it be delivered by 7... So magically at 6 59 it gets updated scanned as emergency weather. What an absolute joke.

Almost 2 weeks I'm waiting for my package , They never show up , then later saying no one was home, I think they don't know that , the door bell, specifically the apartment are connected to the cell phone.

I am so dissapointed, the package lest New Jersey from the 11th of April and should be delivered on Friday 12 of April. I call numerous times. I called Tuesday 16th of April at that time they requested my Apartment number on Tuesday 16th April which I have provided. Today , Friday19th of April I have not received thr package. Not even a telephone call I did not receive. Very poor Customer Service and delivery service....

Communication is very poor. Not keeping their words and when calling for updates they will redirect you to the next person and it just keeps on circling. Nobody takes responsibility
