Lame service pretty much never on schedule avoid when possible

I cannot for the life of me figure out why that a package that is marked next day air and perishable sits in a UPS warehouse for three days (over a weekend) just miles from its intended destination After arriving at 11 o’clock in the morning on a Thursday. I also failed to understand the reason that a package is misdelivered after the shipper prints out a new delivery label to correct an incorrect label prior to the package being shipped. Unfortunately, there are a few alternatives that are any better. I shipped some perishable products with dry ice via FedEx, only to have the package misdelivered and sitting in a hot van in the middle of June.

The worst decision I made in life was to opt ups for shipping my expensive products. I opted for express shipment and they ripped me for 88$ including taxes. They have lost my package and now there is no one who is helping me solve my problem. When I call the store they are not providing me any clarity and instead they have put my shipment under exception category. I opted for purolator 1 month ago and it gave me such a good experience. I won’t even advice my enemy to opt for UPS. Absolutely horrible

Very Bad Service

Sent a package back to a company and the destination was to Massachusetts. After a week discovered it had gone to California! Another week has gone by and is finally in the correct State but hasn’t been delivered yet. UPS used to be pretty reliable but they’re as bad as USPS.

Absolutely horrible! What happened to UPS? They used to be everyone’s “go to” shipper, but now they’re the worst rated in the industry. Did they sell to East India or China? Never using them again! Horrible horrible service!!!!!

Ordered my package with 2 day Express mail and still haven't received it. Supposed to be delivered today, that's one week it's took so far .
