Your service is really bad. Our parcel was supposed to come on April 2nd but we still haven't got it, it's been like a week. Our tracking number is also not working.

I would give 0 stars if that was possible, it's highway robbery to charge me $72 on a 2 pound package that only cost $250 including the $80 shipping cost

Just now discussed with operator sent me form to get refund but very nervous always giving out my visa number which I will do at UPS Office here in Halifax in person…. Right now I just want to know where it is and if it has left Prince George which was dispatched wrongly!
