UPS reviews

My parcel was NOT delivered. UPS was paid to deliver it. I had to go to some gas station to get it. Worst company in the world. They have zero customer service.

Don’t update parcel delivery time because they put different times down when they say it’s delivered they said delivery at 2:57 and was actually after 4.

The most low class courier service I have ever used. My parcel is stuck at Dubai airport without any reported reason and no one at ups seems to care if I could I would give -5 stars will never use ups again

My sister send an express parcel via ups expected on yesterday at 10 to 2 pm but nobody comes at me I was whole day at home.then i wil go their wherehoise to pickup my self my parcel was not there.they said thy wil deliver to day but stil no information.cheep service wouldn't use it again.

First time I have ordered anything from a company that uses UPS, and I am not impressed. The item has now turned up but I had 3 different delivery dates given, one for 03/04/24, one for today 04/04/24 and another for 06/04/24. When tracking yesterday it was out for delivery, tracking today showed it was as the local depot! Today I had two texts both with different delivery times. They seem very hit and miss and tracking is not accurate. That the driver was friendly is the only positive

Order was shipped out and in the hands of UPS on March 27th. No delivery date from the beginning and still no scheduled delivery date. It is now April 4th and all the information I can obtain says absolutely nothing. Package was coming from Tulsa to Houston and for some reason it's stuck in Mesquite TX. I could have walked and picked it up faster than these clowns. If they got any slower they'd be in reverse.

No stars. Ups never brings a package they always bring a sticker that says sorry we missed you... They should do their job. What a waste of people's time. I saw the driver and and ran after them/they and them/they did not even have my package in hand.

They are very unreliable and gives very poor excuses for incompetency.
