I need a Investigator check Ups either the have Thifs there or crooked stuff is going on

This tracking site could do a lot better it’s filled with ads and doesn’t even notify you bout your package you gotta literally keep coming on here to see and then it doesn’t even tell you much but besides what city your packages is in I know everything not perfect but this site needs work

The package was about to deliver on 11 march and it was ups air saver delivery if I see the tracking it shows it was not picked up by the ups and the estimated delivery is 13 march.the service was not at all good waste of money for air saver

They delivered my parcel on a wrong address but, they delivered it without any damage.

Worst delivery service ever. I have been phoning daily for a week trying to get my package. Tracking says delivery attempts made. But no one has come to my door to deliver. I have asked UPS if I can go pick it up. But NO they will not let me. I have spoken to 3 different managers and still unable to get my package picked up or delivered. I have no issues with any other delivery service. Ups is terrible to deal with.

Frustrating when a shipper uses UPS, UPS loses the pkg. UPS says cancel order and get a refund and the shipper says we show pkg on the way. Meanwhile, no update...no pkg. NO gift I had ordered in advance so it would NOT be late. Nothing is as it was in this world!

Very poor service from Pakistan to USA.it is too much taking time .no body proper update accordingly .

Not good delivery persons they not wait or knock door to deliver the order just give a slip for next day

I live here in Great Falls Montana, I went to UPS here to deliver a package to Washington State. I paid $17. Say reassured me that the package was going to be there Saturday. What the heck every time I use u. PS my packages are always late. Why? What is wrong with this company? I'm done with this. Why do I pay so much? And it can't get their own time.

One of the worst tracking sites I've seen. Not picked up from collection point for 4 days. Site shows parcel in Preston and Hellaby depending on where you look on the site. Site cluttered with ads and irrelevant information.

My package was supposed to be overnighted by March 7, as of March 9th nothing. No phone number to talk to a human. I guarantee they lost it. Sorry Ass Service, worse than the Post Office, they need to take lessons from Amazon. Can't leave a number for someone to give you an update, they are Lying!!!!
