Sloppy delivery practices, even got into my car and put packages in my vehicle! Car was rifled through. We live on a farm and have a particular place for deliveries and yet they get in my vehicle. Damaged my box and I still haven't been informed of it. Do better.

The postal service is horrible I mailed a letter two weeks ago from palmbay fl. To Albany ny . return receipt and it still hasn't arrived. I could have drove it there faster myself.

I hate being sent packages that never arrive on time or most of the time are lost.

You said my package is in route for delivery today yet tracking shows it sitting in Cody wyoming. Very upset in your service and customer interaction. If your employees can not do their job you need to fire them and start over. This is unacceptable

You said my parcel would be delivered today at 2. 20..its now 6 hours later and no delivery.

Schedule the return, pick up.Put the item outside my home the night before to make sure if the driver came a little earlier it would be there. When he came to my Hohe looked around and saw that there was only one box there and because it was a large box he decided he would just put the note saying that he attempted to pick it up. I have him on camera. Made no attempt at all. To even move the box from my front porch. UPS Should hold the employees accountable.He could have ring the doorbell if he was having an issue with the box.Instead, it was easy to just throw a tag on a sandwich.You tried to pick it up and didn't. My husband is recovering from cancer and had to take the box with my son to the UPS store.So it could be returned on time so that I would be reimbursed. Shane , shane. Want a pay check but don't want do the work.

My package was delivered to wrong address , even with my number on the package it still was taken to the wrong place according to ups agent. And I need my package

This company is not supposed to be in existence. They never do anything right

Beware when you purchase over night delivery. It does not arrive overnight. Three days later still hasn't arrived. And they won't return your money.

Been waiting all day for a delevery that was supposed to of been delivered Tuesday is there anyone u can get in touch with to see what's going on

I don't know where my package is???? You make deliveries but you never leave an email where the package is if I'm not at home... I think you should leave us an email or a message on the phone number where we can pick it up!!! I am very disappointed with you UPS... You know, leave only the papers in the post where you don't write anything.

Definitely the service instead of keeping the customers informed Give the Mary go around not knowing a thing of where the package is. Ridiculousness

Wedding album was left in a shed 2km from my house. Was there for 7 days only for the farmer had checked the label and realised it was not for him. How in utter God is UPS a successful company in Ireland.
