They say my package was delivered . I still didn't get it. Automated service a joke . U can't get thru if u don't have tracking number. So if u don't have it ur screwed and if u do they still can't put u thru

Poor service. The consignment did not reach on time. We had to call multiple times to track the shipment.

2 parcels today both on time, live tracker could be better but overall 4 stars.

I paid for next day delivery and it took 4 days

When i looked up the tracking number it is incorrect but i double checked it a thousand times UPS you guys have to fix your system. PS:this hasn’t got the package l.

Never use UPS ever they are terrible, Amazon said 7 days for ups to deliver, its been 10 and still not here.

My package was delivered to wrong address , even with my number on the package it still was taken to the wrong place according to ups agent. And I need my package. Sincerely Panahi

What a joke! It took 4 days to leave your facility. I was supposed to get this package 3 days ago.

I've had two packages go wrong due to UPS holding and losing my packages in one month! I'd like what I paid for! I used Amazon twice in one month to buy a white duvet and UPS has managed to mess up BOTH ORDERS!

I sent a 2 day delivery package to GEICO in Atlanta on 3/11/24. As of today 3/18/24 it still hasn't arrive. The tracking system needs to be updated as the last location of my package is dated 3/12/24, in Charlotte, NC that was 6 days ago. They are Unreliable.
