  • Didn't even try to deliver. Made an excuse of some kind of fire somewhere and send my parcel to the sender.

  • My bank in Canada sent me a letter to my Hong Kong address. The package was sent on Feb 22 and arrived Hong Kong on Feb 26. However, the first attempt to deliver was made on the March 13 while there was no one home to receive it. A note was left on my door notifying me of the delivery failure but there was no mention on when will it be delivered again or should I contact them for pick up. UPS is supposed to be a courier service and it was 3 weeks already and I still have not got my package. My bank could have sent it by regular airmail and save the postage and get a faster service.

  • My parcel was never delivered even though the driver marked delivered and uploaded a photo showing the parcel in a strange location. I expect the driver to call if he or she has a challenge with the delivery address. More so the claims portal could not submit my claim.

  • A package was delivered to the address of 2656 Sturtevant St. Detroit Michigan 48206 between 1300 and 1330 hours. The tracking number is ( 1Z23W5611393457892 ). That package contained a new banking debit card, not a Chrome book laptop computer, which was supposed to be delivered by 1900 hours the same day. The tracking number for the Chrome book laptop computer ( 1Z9E143E4295317113 ). The two tracking numbers are not the same. One tracking number have the last six digits as ( 457892 ) delivered debit back card, and one tracking number have the last six digits as ( 317113 ) undelivered package for Chrome book laptop computer. This delivery issue has been going on for about a week now, and I getting frustrated with FedEx services. I would like my package delivered on the weekend, in the afternoon or evening, not when I am asleep early in the morning around 0400-0500 hours. My current address is 2656 Sturtevant St. Detroit Michigan 48206-1135. This is a house with red window frames and a black screen door. This is not an apartment, a house, get it.   • A domestic parcel was meant to arrive on Monday anytime. It didn't. Then I was informed by email that it would arrive on Tuesday between 1.30 and 3.30. It didn't. It is now Wednesday and I have been informed it is coming today. The parcel requires a signature. Does UPS really expect people to wait around at home day after day for their supposed deliveries that don't happen? A few weeks ago I had a similar experience with parcels sent via UPS from overseas. They were several days late and 2 parcels sent from the same location at the same time arrived on different days. Not impressed.

  • The worst courier in Canada, worst online tracking, and worst or worst! you can find in ups the all in one worst service, my package should be delivered lst week but until now no update and all details in tracking is keep on repeating until now!

  • Not very happy with UPS, delivery of two Apple Tablets at a cost of $1700 and all the delivery drive did is left the package on out front deck and could not be bothered to press the door bell button. It was just above where the package was put This is unexpected, it’s a good job I checked the door every hour, if this package went missing I out of been out $1700 Get with it UPS is not hard to press a door bell button

  • UPS by far and I mean by far the worst carrier in the world. I waited over a week for a package that was expedited . Never came. They kept giving me the runaround . Never a straight answer. The employees my goodness don’t get me started. They are the absolute worst I’ve come across. Terrible an I mean terrible attitudes . Very very disrespectful . They act like we owe them something. I will never ab I mean never use them for delivery if you want something delivered use FedEx I had no problem. Just shut down ups I rate them -0
