I'm in West London & checked the app before leaving my apt for 5 mins. It showed my pkg was in East London & I missed the driver.......it takes at least 15 mins to drive here from there so the app is not accurate at all!

Poor service. The consignment did not reach on time. We had to call multiple times to track the shipment

Package says that facility and cannot get to my address. Cannot get to the facility. Don’t ever use UPS.

I never received my package.

If I could give 0 stars I would. They have switched the dilivery time 3 times now from I’ve wasted my day sitting around waiting as it needs a signature . I wish the person never sent via ups. It’s the worst shipping company

I ordered something march 12th and it’s been there for days with no progress until 2days ago and still nomore progress since then ups sucks!

Was not advised that UPS doesn't do custom clearance and package was returned. Pretty useless

Turned item into Erickson’s Hardware yesterday morning and it arrived in Topsfield, MA a few moments ago. I call that damn good service! Keep it up UPS!

I'm still waiting on my package it was due March 18 and today is the 19 and it's no show what is up

UPS was not tell me anything about a package that was delivered to my house that was not ordered by anyone in my house that came and was picked up at a fence post company in Kentucky and I live in Tennessee I called the company in Kentucky and they have no idea what I'm talking about but it was ordered to be picked up from their address and it is a food product and UPS will not tell me where this package came from or who ordered them to pick it up. If I eat this food and I get sick after repeated tries to find out where and who it came from, I promise you UPS will have a problem on their hands. The AI intelligence that they use repeatedly hung up on me and I was being very businesslike.

Never dealt with a service as bad as this one. No way to find out, when the parcel will arrive, not even when signing up for an account. They tell me they have tried to deliver four times (!!!) and did not get me - which is a lie, because I was home all those times. No one rang the door bell, delivered anything or left a note that he might have been here. Now they are telling me that I'm telling lies, but they'll try to deliver again. And again: No way to find out, when they will deliver. NEVER AGAIN UPS. NEVER EVER.

Sent ENVELOPE overnight Mar 14th from King of Prussia PA 19406 to Moneta VA 24122, 411 car miles, 6 hours 15 minute drive. Arrived at destination just before noon Mar. 19th. I could have driven round trip and still gotten a fair night's sleep.

Rubbish delivery time. It was told it would arrive between 10–12am it’s 5 pm still not here fix up ups
