  • Still waiting on my package already been 6 days you could post a item by horse and carriage to America faster than they can drop of a pack from uk to uk. Also they never update tracking.lazy

  • As I was looking for keys to open the door driver was screaming outside saying open the door parcel so I opened window to get it because I couldn’t find keys and he shoved he parcel in the window and said I don’t have all day took a picture and left

  • Would have left zero stars - out for delivery for 2 days and still nothing. No updates - chat always unavailable and calling results in an automated update that is worse than useless. I’ll never use a company that uses Yodel for what it laughingly refers to as a delivery servic

  • Absolutely useless. Last Friday I received a text telling me that they would be delivering my parcel at such and such a time. I'm disabled and can't get out much so I was tracking my parcel! Suddenly, I was next in line! I was watching out for the parcel!! 5 minutes later. "Sorry, we missed you". We have put a card through your door!! NO you didn't! you have obviously gone to the wrong address!! I got in touch via the chat conversation. Sorry we'll deliver it tomorrow (Saturday) NO, didn't arrive. More correspondence with the 'robot' app. I decided to change delivery date for today! Got an email telling me driver's tracking info. I followed it all day! Suddenly, I'm No. 8 in the queue! Yipeeee, I'll get my parcel soon! 10 minutes later, I'm still in the NO. 8 queue. Then, Suddenly on tracking device. "We have delivered your parcel" . NO YOU HAVEN'T! I HAVEN'T RECEIVED ANY F***ing parcel. They said that they will investigate it! Well I'm on your backs yodel because I will NEVER GIVE UP. I WANT MY PARCEL!@!

  • Absolutely appalling delivery service. Status out for delivery that was 2 days ago. Tracking does not update very often. Overall very poor.

  • Rude, can’t understand what their saying , the guy I spoke to really couldn’t be bothered. Even told me to call the driver and arrange it because he couldn’t , to be told by the driver NO yodel has to do it

  • How is this company still operating, I have waited in for three days for a parcel that never arrives, they lie and say they tried to deliver when they didn't, I've phoned been promised my parcel will be delivered the next day and surprise surprise it wasn't , while writing this review I still haven't received it, this company is a joke

  • What a con. Number on Web site wrong one and you get charged 50p to be told Number changed. Had card through door. No name off person who ticked saying not in. And left no Number to call. Tracking number given showed it was not correct. Poor service will let seller know not to use them again

  • Parcel was ordered through the range website. They used 3rd party courier Yodel. Well after alot of hassle and guess what suddenly the tracking said parcel delivered. So I contacted webchat again. Aditi says it was on van this morning. Removed for sone reason. Then checked with driver he says deliveted to my address to someone called D Jones. Well I have not lived at another address and no one has ever rented or stayed at our home. Told them never heard of him. Told them we have cameras do do all the neighbours. Would not send proof. I told them it is theft by their driver. Well Aditi decided not to transfer me to the manager and instead ended the webchat. Guilty. I do not care fir there investigation at all. So zero star I have requestef a refund now from the range. So I can purchase else where.
