I need my package delivered to my address 2082 MARYLAND AVE APT A COLUMBUS OHIO 43219 WHERE IS MY PACKAGE YOU SAID DELIVERED BUT I DO NOT SEE IT

My parcel was delivered today, but I wasn't home and the driver left my parcel with a random neighbour without even leaving a note saying tbat he left the parcel to a neighbour. Fortunately for me, my neighbour came to my house as soon I was back.

Where is my parcel?? Your system told me that it already delivered. But it's not truth!!!

Appalling. I would never choose Yodel after they lost some samples I was sending to a magazine for publication and without the complex sample I had no time to remake, magazine couldn't publish so I lost over £300. They'd paid Yodel so compo went to them and that was my entire budget for that xmas for my kids' presents. But again, a supplier was using Yodel and I didn't notice. If Ihad I wouldn't have bought their product, tbh. Tracking says it was put through my letterbox, but it wasn't. Yodel is awful. Not only refuse to use it but refuse to buy from anyone who uses it (and tell them) is the only answer.

Speak to our friendly advisors what a joke you can’t ever get to speak to anyone please do not use this company so frustrating & stressfull trying to track down a parcel that’s due to be delivered 8 hours prior ???

Absolute joke of a company I left a delivery message on my account on website to deliver to a safe place in my back garden if I wasn’t in BUTTT I was in they say parcel had been delivered I had to go out looking on neighbouring gardens. Where it was left on someone’s unsecure garden step at the door ???

Don’t know why company’s use these for their deliveries they are horrendous ! Iv waited in for parcel when they’ve said on way tracking stops at a certain point and I havnt received it until the next day Trying to contact yodel is hopeless and they never respond to Instagram , messenger either absolutely rubbish I definately would not recommend this delivery company
