Handy to drop off locally but my parcel still sitting in yodel depot 3 days after arrival, makes me look bad to ebay customer

Parcel delayed many days no updates on tracking

After 1 week the package still I. Transit not event for delivery. Usless services

Parcel picked up from seller but still not arrived and no tracking info available

Had to change the date cos they don’t know where ferryhill don’t pick up parcels if you don’t know the location

Yodel have got to be the worst company ever for being on time. So many things go missing . I am moving house , ordered bubble wrap so I can pack up this weekend and it’s not arrived. I don’t even know why I’m surprised .

This company gives the smallest ammount of information they can so you dont feel like they are completely ignoring you but its been 2 weeks since my order and the tracking number has not updated at all. I will not be using this company again please save yourself the hassle and dont order anything that uses this company

Rubbish - always late, or don't deliver at all.

Absolute rubbish company

Really do not know where to start on this one. I refused delivery of a mattress as per the arrangement with the supplier. Yodel brought the same mattress to my house the next day. Again I refused delivery. After numerous emails between myself and various people at Yodel, one actually admitted Yodels responsibility in losing the parcel, I am no further firward in finding out where this mattress has ended up!! I also find it strange that after 2 months they now say they can't find my tracking number...mmm??? Really bad practice

Never on time

This delivery company are the worst. It never fails to amaze me how they find the laziest dishonest employees. Their customer service is non existent and not at all helpful. This company need to go bust and quit. I dread to think how much money they are wasting of other business who pay for a service that isn’t provided. It’s appalling.
