Really bad company the drivers just don't deliver you stuff and they are putting is been delivered to your neighbor.so disappeared

Absolutely rubbish delivery service, the say delivery attempted but no one home, I work in a 24/365 care home…. This is not possible

Never had a good experience with yodel. They don’t contact you and don’t give you a chance to get your parcel

My parcel was meant to arrive 4 days ago this is ridiculous!!

Yodel tried to deliver my parcel yesterday…unfortunately I’m in Sheffield the parcel was being delivered to someone in Gateshead ?

14th was the date and nothing.why is it so bleady hard to get peoples stuff delivered in time.ruined my weekend

Delivery date was 2 days ago. No email or update at all.

My order never arrived! Shocking service, waiting on another order and not even expecting it to come at this point, absolute joke!

Shocking service! Left my parcel on my doorstep which is full view of the street while I was out! Luckily I was only out for half an hour so it was still there but it could have been taken. I did take a photo but clearly no option to post one on here! Disgusting!

Yet again I have tried to use your tracking, not once has this ever worked, all you get is,. Number not found, why offer tracking if it never works

Absolutely shocking service!! Been lied to twice. Two days late after paying for specific date for equipment for lady with dementia. No apology. Will never use again.
