it takes yodel longer to deliver a item than it takes to traval to mars and back 20 time

Waited in all day yesterday granddaughter very upset as his was her party clothes for school today obviously still not here never again ??

I was expecting a parcel to be delivered on tues by next day delivery with Yodel it is now Friday and still no parcel !

Absolutely rubbish! I'm still waiting for my parcel! Ordered over 2 weeks ago! The tracking option is rubbish too! A bunch of monkeys would probably do a better job!

If there was the option I would give 0 Say they’re out for delivery and parcel will come within a 2 hour slot. It’s been 10 days and I’m still waiting!!!!! Which country are they coming from???

Useless never deliver on time or update tracking info leave parcels anywhere. no notifications. Would not recommend

Worst delivery company

Time and time again, Yodel have failed to deliver an item I have ordered online. Despite being given precise instructions on how to get to my address.

Not very reliable on deliveries tracking not updated and parcels have been showing out for delivery for 2 days +

I thought hermes were slow ?

Deliveries are like a lottery some arrive some disappear into the wild blue yonder, as for collections well if they arrive on the agreed upon day you feel very fortunate , Disappointment and frustration are the 2 words I’d use when describing Yodel and as for resolving through so called customer service , good luck with that

This service is absolutely shocking, I’m still waiting for my parcel, that’s 3weeks now, can not contact yodel as always say their busy, I will be contacting Argos for the 4th time now & will be cancelling my order, shocking service !!!!!

Why are yodel still in business look at all these poor one star reviews... My parcels sent to them 2nd dec by 2 e bay sellers and on 12.12.21 still not received these are Christmas presents being taken to Ireland on 14.12.21..for my grandchildren... Wont be happening and no money to replace in time.. This company consistently doesn't deliver why is there not a minus rating.. How do they sleep at night... SHOCKING.. Will be taking this further!!
