Absolutely awful service, they have admitted the parcel was delivered to the wrong address but cannot tell me the exact address and now wiped their hands of responsibility and said I must contact the original company. Worst tracking and delivery service I have ever used.

What a croc , website's down, chats down, customer service down, no agents available. We realise you have had issues with an cyber attack but at least be honest with customers regarding time frames, instead of just a bulk reply stating parcel at depot and will be be with you asap. Always were worried before when I knew it was Yodel delivery

Waiting on a delivery from 16th June. Its now 22nd. Still no sign of it. No updated information. I've been on customer chat, repeatedly to be told delivery is on its way that evening. Company is a joke.

As I was looking for keys to open the door driver was screaming outside saying open the door parcel so I opened window to get it because I couldn’t find keys and he shoved he parcel in the window and said I don’t have all day took a picture and left

Absolutely useless. Last Friday I received a text telling me that they would be delivering my parcel at such and such a time. I'm disabled and can't get out much so I was tracking my parcel! Suddenly, I was next in line! I was watching out for the parcel!! 5 minutes later. "Sorry, we missed you". We have put a card through your door!! NO you didn't! you have obviously gone to the wrong address!! I got in touch via the chat conversation. Sorry we'll deliver it tomorrow (Saturday) NO, didn't arrive. More correspondence with the 'robot' app. I decided to change delivery date for today! Got an email telling me driver's tracking info. I followed it all day! Suddenly, I'm No. 8 in the queue! Yipeeee, I'll get my parcel soon! 10 minutes later, I'm still in the NO. 8 queue. Then, Suddenly on tracking device. "We have delivered your parcel" . NO YOU HAVEN'T! I HAVEN'T RECEIVED ANY F***ing parcel. They said that they will investigate it! Well I'm on your backs yodel because I will NEVER GIVE UP. I WANT MY PARCEL!@!
