Can never recognise tracking number when I try put it in says put a valid number in so annoying really dont like yodel drivers dont care and leave parcels in full veiw and dont even bother knocking ? wish I could give no stars

Yodal are the poorest delivery company ever as in our area they leave parcels in full view without knocking the door - LE10 area Leicestershire

My parcel was supposed to come yesterday still have no parcel tried tracking it and it provides nothing

I've been trying all afternoon to get some answers and I've found it impossible to get any even the customer services number is wrong

Parcel was meant to be delivered on past 2 days and when I contacted yodel they assured me it was being delivered today yet still no parcel?

Customer service was as helpful as they could be ..details didn't match up ..delivery some where else..but still in the service center ..have had to get a refund ..not happy as wanted this item ..

Bad delivery service. I booked a delivery to the Collect Point and they continue to try home delivery where there is no one during working hours. Obviously my request is present in the delivery tracking but they continue in home delivery attempts. Ridiculous.

Awful service! It’s 12 days that Yodel said they’ll try to deliver again my parcel because they have encountered a problem. Where is my parcel gone??

Order appears as delivered but there is no parcel and no information where driver leavs it...

Says tracking information is wrong, don’t update. All in all lazy and a scam

Wow had my Parcel for now well over a week and still not even booked for delivery

It has been 12 days since the seller posted my iteam through yodel then it was scheduled for today on Thursday but they still have not even sent the iteam out for delivery yet worst currier’s in the whole of the uk

Still waiting for my item. Expected delivery 22/6
