Yodel is by far the worst courier company I have dealt with. No human contact centre available and they have repeatedly acknowledged they have no idea where my packages are.

Driver claimed he delivered my parcel got no reply so left a card . He DID not leave a card and I have 7 witnesses to say he came nowhere near my flat yesterday.i was in all day waiting he did not come to my flat....still waiting for my delivery???????

Absolutely Rubbish Say they tried to deliver when they didn’t My proof is that I have a ring door bell Customer support also very poor didn’t do anything I will never buy anything that has Yodel as the delivery method

Delivery meant to be with me by 7th of feb, tracking system is atrocious & still don’t have my package which was in yodels possession on the 5th of feb. Utterly useless.

Your tracking system says you tried delivery twice and left a card. NO card was left. The third time says "left as authorized" where? None of my neighbours received anything on my behalf. Have I mentioned I was home during these three times and I never saw a delivery drive once. Your company lies. I wouldn't give a star but I cannot have this option.

My parcel got from China to England in 2 days but has been sitting in Hayes Middlesex for the last 11 days acording to the tracking which is useless. Come on Yodel get your act together. Ill cancle this by monday and you can return to China with it.
