It's a joke never bring parcels on time DPD or royal mail from now on

Disgusting service waited in all day then they lie saying they been I missed them I got a security door they have to buzz flat seems yodel needs better management as monkeys could do a better job

If I could give zero star I would because all this company carriers do Is lie.. they never attempt to deliver my parcels but always say “sorry we’ve missed you” I hate them

Awful awful. No delivery and keeps saying they tried to deliver and couldn't get access. Our place is right on the street no gate!!! Just a door with a door bell. But too much for the driver. Has he even tried we are not sure! No callback and lady on phone said she doesnt know how to find it. Not in driver van and not in depot so where is it??????

I was out when they tried to deliver my parcel, says they left a card which they didn’t. Checked my CCTV which then showed the driver casually throwing my parcel in the back of his car, so it’s probably damaged now too.

Out for delivery then back at depot, no card no attempted delivery, worse than useless, just another lazy arsed courier. Not worthy of even 1/2 a star.

Worst courier company in the uk. They say they tried to deliver but no one was home and left a card. I was in all day sat by the front door and no card left tried to call customer services but they kept hanging up then they blocked my number. Absolute shambles of a company.

where is estimated delivery time

What a load of rubbish company waited in all day still said in transit for 2 day come on dont take that long

Do not keep you informed as where the parcel is days or weeks after it should have arrived

Still waiting for my delivery, failed to deliver 3 times bit never once rung me for directions, no calling card left. Now i cant find how and where to collect my parcel from. Amazon deliverers are paid per parcel delivered so their drivers try really hard to deliver.

I gave out a 0 if I could very poor service so often they don’t even call at my address to deliver. Yet I live in an easily accessible place. Slow poor service
