Can’t rate zero as it won’t let me When ever I order a parcel and the seller sends it with Yodel I have never received it Yodel have to be the worst delivery service I have ever had experienced DO NOT USE

You are a very poor delivery firm. We have waited for 3 days for our parcel.

-1 ... Lost three out of five parcels in three months. Absolute joke. Royal mail only from now on. Get what you pay for!

Liars liars and incompetent. Not once have they attempted delivery. No dropcard left by Yodel and waited at home all week yet Yodel reckon delivery was refused then they alleged I’ve moved house but guess what, it’s Yodel that’s on another planet and I’m still here waiting in my house for their rocket ship to land at my front door. Yodel lie and make excuses and make their lies bigger. Avoid Yodel like the Corona Virus!!

I had no emails through that this parcel was out for delivery or anything thus they have come and no one was in so now I can not collect the parcel for a birthday tomorrow very disappointed and upset

Im very unsatisfied with yodel, on a number of occasions the company has failed to deliver my goods on time!!

It is awful how this company handles parcels that are difficult to access, it takes them all days ... shipments are thrown wherever they like. It's terrible

Crap! 0 starts from me - my parcel has been in the depot locally since 18th February and today is the 29th February - still no sign of it being delivered. Looks like no one has positive reviews about yodel!!

No card left as stated. No real person to speak to in customer services. No delivery made on date paid for.

Parcel keeps getting returned to depot saying I was not home. I have been waiting for 2days for my parcel no body has tried to deliver or left a ticket. Not a reliable service

If you want to loose a package use Yodel.

Disgusting service waited in all day then they lie saying they been I missed them I got a security door they have to buzz flat seems yodel needs better management as monkeys could do a better job

If I could give zero star I would because all this company carriers do Is lie.. they never attempt to deliver my parcels but always say “sorry we’ve missed you” I hate them

Awful awful. No delivery and keeps saying they tried to deliver and couldn't get access. Our place is right on the street no gate!!! Just a door with a door bell. But too much for the driver. Has he even tried we are not sure! No callback and lady on phone said she doesnt know how to find it. Not in driver van and not in depot so where is it??????
