Shocking! Stating delivered good on they’re tracking system without delivering any of the good!! Robbery!! Terrible service. Trying to speak to someone about this is near impossible.

Tried to track parcel delivery using tracking number. Response is dated 5 days ago, so out of date. This tracking system is of no use to me, and deserves zero stars., but this option is not available. I wouldn't use Yodel.

Still waiting a delivery. Track in said it should be delivered on the 24th now the 28th and tracking information hasn't changed. I can say I would personally never use yodel

Not delivered when item should be (not even on correct day). No contact what so ever to advise item would not be delivered when expect. Given the choice I would never use Yodel.

Website tracking not up to date rang the depot got an answering message which I think just cost me £6 and got no further information no human to speak to what a waste of money ringing

Supposed to arrive on Saturday 21.3.20 via 3 day delivery. Monday 23rd checked Yodel tracking not updated since 18.3.20. Poor service 1* too much.

Consistently not on time, ignorant, vile customer service. 1 star rating is purely because you can't have 0 star. This company has ended up costing me money due to their inability
