  • Parcel been in transit by 3rd party for 5 days, expected delivery 2 days ago. Nothing has changed on tea king information. If they sent it 2nd class post like the posting stated I would have it by now. How on earth are you meant to make arrangements to be in, if required, when the tracking information is so poor. No wonder sellers do not mention they use Yodel. Poor service indeed. Also where are all the awesome reviews they say they have? Royal mail may not be perfect but should be used instead.

  • Friend had delivered some flowers as a gift to myself, I wasn’t in when they arrived and when I did arrive home the next day, they had been left out in front of my flat in the street, it had rained so there was damage to the outside of the box and to the inside of the box and card. Utterly horrific service.

  • I cannot believe you have returned my items. I have been waiting since morning. You driver just knocked at my door. I went out to see only to see him driven off. Can he return now as I am at home,What kind of system is this? Unbelievable. Very poor service. I will never buy anything from any company who uses your delivery service. Very annoying, frustrating and painful

  • You have attempted delivery twice but miss me. You cannot even advice. I am 10 mins away from home and you cannot even send a reminder. I tried to track my delivery but the update is useless as nothing is said apart from the items at your depot. The contact number on the website went to somewhere else. I cannot even leave a simple message as to what to do when I am not around.

  • Absolutely disgusted with this service waited in all day and liturally poped on school run for 10 mins and the driver been and gona and now i have to wait in all day tomorro again for it! Customer service has no information on the driver to try sort it for me absolutely disgusted

  • Yodel apparently tried to deliver my 2 parcels while I was at work. The put on the attempted delivery cards that my parcels were behind my recycling tubs in full view of my front street.On card it states this is "my safe place" I did not ask for them to be left there. I came home from work to find no parcels. Cannot get through to customer services to find out where my parcels are. Dreadful service.

  • I dont think they have invented swear words that match this beyond low level of service I paid for one day delivery they lost it for a day and when it turned up some goods were missing had to contact the company and 5 days later Royalmail delivered it !
