  • the worst, waited 5h for the guy to show up,live tracking ,when it was my turn, got a message sorry we have missed u, wtf, then was told he was unable to find address but he was all day in my neighbourhood, west ham. second time 3 deliveries left ,waited 2h nothing,and so on

  • The worst courier service and ever since I complained after one of my parcel was out for delivery then sent back to the depot where it stayed for five days during which time they altered tracking information were rude and then told me I would get it when they were good and ready subsequent parcel have all been waylaid or lost for anything from a couple of days to weeks they've done it yet again with another parcel ,have not responded to requests for information , ignored pm on twitter emails and even a txt sent to the driver whom is the same driver that losers all my parcels ,absolute disgrace and disregards for clients parcels ,

  • The lousiest couriers ever. Drivers lie at will. Claim to have attempted delivery even when you are home waiting for the delivery. Claimed to have left a call card and never did. I don't get how they manage to stay afloat. Use more reliable couriers if you need your parcel delivered on time and decently.

  • Utter garbage my package was sent 24 hours delivery and 26 hours later it's still showing as not collected. Spoke to company and the confirmed it was picked up and paid for 24 hours delivery. Cannot check on where parcel is so will have to wait another 3 days as they wont deliver Saturday.... will never use this company

  • Ordered item through Amazon on Wednesday, paid 10 pounds extra for delivery on Friday when I would be at home, arrived back from work on Thursday to find the parcel dumped on front doorstep upside down (despite box stating fragile and showing arrows with correct direction)

  • The tracking info just says that the parcel was collected 4 days ago. No further info since then

  • Been 5 days now it's the sender posted it they received it on the same day the sender posted it and it was meant to have been delivered today yet it's only just reached they office or it's been sitting there and they haven't done anything about it.
