Get meaningless updates from Yodel. It is almost impossible to contact them. They state: "Unable to access your property." They left no card, so this means they neber attempted to deliver! The eventually came late the following day. There are many better couriers...

It just seems really out of date. Nothing is ever updated real time and I always get my order tracking number before yodel can even acknowledge the parcel Request. Very outdated

Parcel ordered over a week ago. Should of arrived Thursday. Unable to contact company for information I’m aware times are difficult with Covid. But I also order something else and Royal Mail delivered Tuesday !!! Bad service all round !!!!!

Useless. Complete liars. Can’t find my address, even though it’s a huge business on the main road. Attempted and we were closed... also a lie, attempted but no one was in... just 14 staff. Totally useless.

I have been waiting all week. The tracking system simply says collected six days ago, but does not inform you when it will arrive. Pathetic

Item collected from seller day after purchase, item still not here 6 days later. I know we live in strange times 2020 but 9 days really, both the seller and my location is in major cities I'm not in a remote area that takes you off the A Roads

Parcel was supposed to be delivered on Wednesday but now is still in local centre and estimated for Monday. If it is delivered that will be 10 days since sending. Awful service

Tracking said they tried to deliver but could not gain access. There were 4 people in the house at the time of delivery and they did not even ring the doorbell - the delivery is now returned to sender according to the tracking. I know there is a pandemic thing on but deliveries can be essential so don't lie about coming out with a delivery!

The worst delivery company ever! They lie through their back teeth! They don’t leave a card saying that they tried to deliver the parcel! They don’t even ring you to see if I can let them in the security gate!
