I have never received a parcel on time, always at least a week later then the expected date

Still waiting on my parcel tracking is hopeless as its still saying its in transit by third party to them for the last three days nothing ells not happy atall with the so called tracking service so far

Worst delivery company ever. Having to leave ONE star is an insult to us. A week later and one undelivered birthday present. Shall avoid future companies that use this service

Absolutely rubbish my parcel was supposed to be delivered on Saturday I n time for my granddaughter birthday on the Sunday sitting here on Monday morning still waiting

So bad, same I was at home and they lie that delivered and as soon as I have a note on the phone, open the door and nothing, not press the bell, no signature, no parcel, just wasted my money!!!! Liars!!!!

Absolute liars don’t deliver anything just say that they do . Avoid.

Item not delivered

If less than one star would be an option, I'd take it. After receiving a confirmation text to say my item has been delivered, we are yet to receive such item. This wouldn't be so bad of we could actually get in contact with anyone about it, no contact number for driver or tracking number. USELESS

Well bad customer service is saying my parcel was sent back to sender because nobody was home but guys nobody not even try to come because I've been home .uuuuuu ----- not even a star

The worst delivery company ever. 3 weeks to deliver a parcel. 2 lost parcels.1 parcel sent to the wrong depo then re-dispatched to ROI despite marked for and from the uk. Customer service saying that it is what it is and I need to track it and raise a complain after 3 weeks of lies from the operators ( i was told 3 times the parcel would be with me within 24 hrs) I'm still waiting

Has to be the worst ever! According to one part of your traveling system my package arrived with you a week ago and another says it’s delayed try back later ! Really helpful I just want my goods . Will avoid anyone that uses you in future .
