  • If less than one star would be an option, I'd take it. After receiving a confirmation text to say my item has been delivered, we are yet to receive such item. This wouldn't be so bad of we could actually get in contact with anyone about it, no contact number for driver or tracking number. USELESS

  • The worst delivery company ever. 3 weeks to deliver a parcel. 2 lost parcels.1 parcel sent to the wrong depo then re-dispatched to ROI despite marked for and from the uk. Customer service saying that it is what it is and I need to track it and raise a complain after 3 weeks of lies from the operators ( i was told 3 times the parcel would be with me within 24 hrs) I'm still waiting

  • Has to be the worst ever! According to one part of your traveling system my package arrived with you a week ago and another says it’s delayed try back later ! Really helpful I just want my goods . Will avoid anyone that uses you in future .

  • Get meaningless updates from Yodel. It is almost impossible to contact them. They state: "Unable to access your property." They left no card, so this means they neber attempted to deliver! The eventually came late the following day. There are many better couriers...

  • It just seems really out of date. Nothing is ever updated real time and I always get my order tracking number before yodel can even acknowledge the parcel Request. Very outdated

  • Parcel ordered over a week ago. Should of arrived Thursday. Unable to contact company for information I’m aware times are difficult with Covid. But I also order something else and Royal Mail delivered Tuesday !!! Bad service all round !!!!!
