This service is absolutely shocking, I’m still waiting for my parcel, that’s 3weeks now, can not contact yodel as always say their busy, I will be contacting Argos for the 4th time now & will be cancelling my order, shocking service !!!!!

Why are yodel still in business look at all these poor one star reviews... My parcels sent to them 2nd dec by 2 e bay sellers and on 12.12.21 still not received these are Christmas presents being taken to Ireland on 14.12.21..for my grandchildren... Wont be happening and no money to replace in time.. This company consistently doesn't deliver why is there not a minus rating.. How do they sleep at night... SHOCKING.. Will be taking this further!!

Poor service. Paid for next day delivery, I was told the day it was supposed to arrive that there was a short delay. 48 hours later, I’ve still not received it.

Shocking service claimed they attempted delivery, not true. They then said, they could find address, clue: it’s a house in a street! It’s not hard.

Delivery took much longer than a week, delivery day message sent ‘parcel will be with you by 9pm. I wait in all day and evening. At 7.58 I track it and get the message ‘sorry we were unable to deliver to you today’. No further update given. Rang Yodel automated number to be told they have no further information to give me. Totally useless.

I'd give zero stars if I could. Yet again yodel claim to have attempted delivery and left a card. 1730 driver 2 stops away with expected delivery time 1754. Two minutes later tracker changes to delivery attempted. From where he was on the map there is no way he could have got to us and attempted delivery in that time. No attempt to deliver and no card. Had I known the delivery company was yodel I would have bought elsewhere. Why any business chooses to use Yodel is beyond me.

Do Yodel ever pick up a return parcel. My saga is on week 3. Thane UK only use Yodel so I am stuck with an unwanted exercise machine which cost £179 as Yodel have yet to pick it up despite 3 tracking numbers and according to staff on webchat it is high priority ? ?. Shambles of a service from both.

Have Amazon prime next day delivery and you still have not got my package. I ordered this Friday and it doesn’t look like I’ll get it till Monday. Appalling service

Worst delivery service EVER !!they are beyond rubbish and the lies customer services say they must think all their customers are 5yrs old. NEVERreceived a package on time and now going to boycott businesses that use them.. there a joke that's not funny 5 of us in the same village have been waiting 10 days for a package and we have all been told different excuses..don't even want to leave 1 star but have to to get review posted
