Dreadful unhelpful useless

Never received my item, JJD0002247689322835 from ebay seller , no knock on door or card through as my wife and 2 older sons where listening for parcels from the 22nd to 24th of December. No better than hermes parcel company and wouldn't use or trust them with anything. Still haven't received my car mats either so I'll take it up with ebay and my bank.

They tried telling the ebay seller it was delivered aswell. Poor service from a poor company just like hermes but worse. Wouldn't use them or recommend anyone sending anything by yodel

Rubbish. No idea why they are in busy. Cheap as chips probably. Won’t go back to order from beer hawk unless they change courier.

I work in the parcel industry and have heard yodel was bad but until I was due a delivery through them myself I didn't think they could be so bad. I understand its peak but having something at your national hub for days on end without being moved on just shows how poor their network actually is. Never again. Next time I'll ask the seller who their shipper is.

Never received my order, wasn't any note left, just they send it back to seller.

Yodel have had my sons Christmas present at their Livingston depot since 8December. Now they will not deliver tomorrow (Christmas eve). Absolutely disgusting!

Order placed with Nespresso 17 Dec, delivery promised 19th, goods with you 18th it’s now 21st and still no delivery. Xmas is no excuse, it happens every year if you weren’t aware.

Cant find tracking number, takes hours to get through on phone

Appaling service, they can't even find my parcel that they have had almost 2 weeks, even though i changed it from collection to delivery as i couldnt get for work reasons.How is this company still running?

Parcel has been sat at depot for over 2 weeks and it states that my parcel will be delivered on 11th December it is now the 20th.

how is this company still in business?
