The tracking info just says that the parcel was collected 4 days ago. No further info since then

Been 5 days now it's the sender posted it they received it on the same day the sender posted it and it was meant to have been delivered today yet it's only just reached they office or it's been sitting there and they haven't done anything about it.

They lie about where items are left and take twice as long as any other courier

Yet again a simple thing like a small parcel, takes 2 weeks to get to the tracking stage 'the parcel is on its way.'

Broke to hifi separates costing me over £450 no response to emails and photo's. I had return buyers money.

Not even worth 1 star. Liars

Told parcel had been delivered when had not and still has not arrived. Told we would be contacted within 24hrs and have not been. Terrible service. Have reported this to the sender.

Saying your parcel has been delivered when it hasn’t absolute joke stay well clear

Just had message saying delivered item, but nothing through letterbox... poor service as always

I have not received my parcel Tracking number said “Delivered to a safe place” at a time when there was someone at home

Awful service, give False information, customer service is so poor. Won’t redeliver even though there 3rd attempt was when we told them we was not going to be in and then the only option was to drive to the depot an hour a way or my parcel to be returned to the sender. Will never recommend

They constantly try to deliver to the wrong address, they update your tracking history with false information and have even delivered parcels to different street names.
