If I could have given 0 stairs I would have! Supposedly delivered my vacuum to my house and it was signed for by myself but I was at work so basically delivered to a neighbour who has stolen it! This was a week ago!!!

Awful! Every package carried by Yodel always says delivered or they “tried” to deliver which was never true at all.

Well only the post office is less useful

Still waiting on a parcel that I was meant to receive a week ago.

Hi, the Yodel driver didn't come in to knock on the door, didn't ring the bell and didn't leave the card and said there was no one at home, liar

Can't write a review as the parcel i am waiting on has failed to arrive, seems the property i live in was closed, no notification was left saying they had tried to deliver and now i cant get a reply from Yodel.

It's Monday evening and my parcel has been with my local driver since Friday . Is this good enough? Absolutely no. I have to rate one star because I can't rate no stars!!!

Parcel sent to completely wrong location

Poor service, lost my package, it continues to show up as in the depot and they continue to give me this answer on the rare occasion I can get to speak to someone in customer services. Pathetic and unprofessional

Absolutely shocking company. Would never recommend, lazy. Item marked as can’t find property. NEVER had a problem with this. Shocking.

Didn’t even attempt to deliver, apparently left a calling card but it’s no where to be found.

I was meant to get a delivery yesterday which didn't turn up, so I rang today and they told me the earliest I can receive my parcel is tomorrow

My parcel is keept in the depo for days,they told me there is a problem with my adress,i ve talked with my sender,he puted the right adress and also i called to the costumers service amd i gave my adress one more time but i don t know for what reason they keep my parcel at the depo...very disspointent with your service

Poor quality assurance, parcel more crushed ripped open or broken. Never delivered on time totally disappointed with your company!
