This company is uncooperative you dont get to speak to a person you get cut off they also lie to you and their customer service is appauling I will never use this company it's bad enough having a parcel sent from a company and trying to recieve it! As for a score no chance they dont deserve a minus let alone zero!!!!!!! And couldn't submit review without putting at least 1 star what a joke!!!!

Absolutely shocking customer service couldn't use me preferred safe place as it was not an option and couldnt add a note to say i would like it left somewhere 2 days off work wages lost waiting on a parcel that is small enough to get through my letterbox that wasnt delivered so not happy at all

Still waiting for a parcel that should arrived Friday 29th. Very disappointed because wanted my grandchild to wear it on Sunday to see Santa , also they live up north so ate only down this weekend

Cannot understand why companies use Yodel? Yodel has lost 3 of my parcels in 12 months. I am happy to pay more and select another delivery company. The website tracking is pure fiction and suspect an AI algorithm is generating the information. I now avoid online retailers that use yodel.
