Have 2 parcels not been delivered never had card left but now it's costing me money to try fone to have a delivery sorted and probably will have to try arrange to go to bellshill to try collect parcel have tried to leave lots of emails and webchats to speak to someone but still no reply and am now Christmas presents missing and won't be here on time even after yodel having them for over a week

Appalling service. My husband waited at work for 3 hours in the evening watching the tracker. With 15 minutes to go the delivery driver decided to say he could not deliver the parcel and we now have to drive for an hour tomorrow to pick up my son's Christmas present on Christmas eve. We have paid for delivery and now havr to pay petrol to retrieve the parcel, despite being at the delivery address all day. Disgusting treatment. We will never use Yodel again.

Not even worthy of 1 star, numerous occasions in the past 12 weeks I have waited for these people to deliver to me. They have driven past my door, blatantly lied to my face and the final straw not delivered a Christmas present despite it being in their depot and cant even guarantee it will be there for me to pick it up. UNPROFESSIONAL NO COMMUNICATION AND LIARS!!!!@ I have only rated one star as I could not post without this

Parcels take forever to arrive and tracking information doesnt get updated often enough.

Disgusted I have waited for this parcel over a week now possibly lost or stolen in your department glad I don't use this service.

The worst deliver service ever. I sat and watched out of the window while he sailed past and said I wasn’t in, twice. No card left and no apology for lies

Supposed to receive my parcel yesterday (Friday)!! The last it was updated was Monday & it's now nearly midnight on Saturday so rubbish at keeping customer updated!!!

If I could rate this company 0 I would.

Absolutely rubbish service. Received parcel from different courier service far earlier than this one.

Parcel should have arrived on Tuesday, 17th December 2019 but still not arrived yet on Thursday 19th December. I have waited in 2 full days so far & I still have not received my delivery! Been told by Amazon, delivery is now expected any day up to 20th December! Looks like another full day waiting in again today. Item is large & cannot be left in a safe place & neighbours all work!! FUMING!!!!

I purchased something from groupon. Saying delivered through my letterbox when it wasn't. My ring doorbell has nothing and I was in all day. I would also like to know how one parcel with 2 alarm clocks in can fit through my letter box.

Absolute rubbish , left items on door step of busy street , and surprise surprise items were gone by the time I returned home from work 8 hours later!

Useless, waited in all day and didn’t turn up. Then was told after chasing it for 3 hours they changed the delivery day without telling me! I still don’t know when it’s coming!!

Worse service I've ever had to deal with in my life.
