Missing delivery since 20th dec 2019, would have rated 0 but no option

Ordered something for Christmas and got a message saying it had been delivered, that was on 20th dec 2019, still have not received it on 31st after calling and messaging and not had reply either.

Got a beautiful box of fresh flowers with warning may contain water. Parcel obviously been upside down and side ways, no water left and presentation packaging inside box was ruined, all shift and wet. A disgrace. Even the message card had to be dried out. No care of thought given to parcels.

I ordered an item and sat at the glasgow delivery depot for a week the seller asked for it to be returned and sent another item using dpd it was delivered next day

Said parcel delivered but nothing arrived

Totally poor must be worse in uk still waiting for parcel it was sent 30th November 2019 for xmas hopefully be here for xmas 2020

Received message saying parcel was delivered.. no one came to my door no parcel left best of all it needs a signature.. cowboys

Parcels often arrive broken and late

They keep my parcel more than month!!!!!!! When I will give back my parcel?! Very ugly company

Parcel should have been delivered 21st Dec. It is now 26th Dec and not even an attempted delivery

The same message for 7 days ‘your parcel will be with us soon’ terrible service

No update since the 18/12/19 And still not received delivery

Been with third party 5 days.. Tracking is terrible and still awaiting delivery. Use this service at your peril

Slowest delivery ever

I am very disappointed!!! My parcels sould be here yesterday (24.dec.2019) today is 25.dec.2019!!!! I think you don't do delivery on 25th!! That 2 parcels is my daughter Christmas presents! She is 3 years old! Thanks Yodel you made my daughter Christmas!!!!!
