Rubbish service. Said they had been and I’d missed them. Was in all day and no one came also said they left a card but never did

Not happy as I caught the delivery driver trying to leave my parcel on the doorstep and trying to leave my parcel could have been stolen!

Not sure if my parcel is coming today!! First part of tracking says with driver but press for detailed delivery and it says waiting for it to arrive at depot! Had deliveries up to o'clock when they've spent hrs coming to end of my road to go to next village and back. It's all done in order of reciept instead of order of addresses. Driver cannot deviate because hes being tracked. What a waste of petrol and the drivers time.

One of the worst courier service in the world Poor communication Untrue delivery staff(without visiting a place marked as visited) Requested a delivery to Argos but mentioned as Attempted and card dropped hahaha what a joke!!! Please be genuine

3 time in raw (different parcels) I get message they couldn't deliver as no one was at home, where I was seating at home and waiting. Called and complained promised won't happen again...but currently happened third time
