Its the 2nd time my parcel was put in wrong mailbox

Have not received my pkg. And said delivered.........

Waiting for my package, tracker indicated that the details of where and when to pick up parcel was left. I have been home all day and noone came to my door. Disappointed

It’s very reliable and good service of our Canada Post.

Seems the flat rate box I mailed in Dartmouth NS has been stuck in Montreal since Sunday Oct 18/20. It's now Oct 20 and no tracking information for 2 days! Not confident that it hasn't been lost!

Very disappointed, I dropped my parcel at 9:00 am tuesday morning so it would be sent out the same day. It wasn't processed or excepted into Canada Post system until after 3pm the same day, then it sat until the following day till 5pm when it was picked up for shipping. Why it had to wait an extra day to be shipped I have no idea! I told the clerk it was time sensitive and the sooner it could be sent the better. She was very rude and hard to deal with from the start and it will be the last time that I go to that location to mail anything. (the location is: Sobeys at 5011 23 avenue).

Over priced, extremely slow, paid nearly $60 to send a light 40 oz soft bubble parcel to UK, sent from ON Sept 28, still in Canada Oct 20th, alternative cost $96 more than contents worth, totally inefficient and unacceptable

I get that resources are being taxed, but other shippers have pivoted and found a way. Canada Post continues to have poor communication and service.

Should have stapled a GPS onto a turtles back and taken my chances that way. My very small package was leaving London Ont. On the 13th and has only made it to Brampton Ont. Today the 19th. I paid for expedited and live on Vancouver Island. I'm 68 so figuring that I will be long dead before it arrives.

You lost my package and now there is no way to get ahold of Canada post. Really? Where is your customer service. What you have now is terrible.

Think we will quit and deposit money into bank accounts instead of parcel canada post tooooo slow and unreliable. They money they get paid to work there and the money it costs to send there should be better and quicker service.

Likely the worst service and reliability in mail delivery and the shipping industry!!!
