Canada post offers no updates on pkg for 4 days. Uselesd

Either horrible tracking or horrible service as my package was mailed in Mississauga and has been in transit in Mississauga for 72 hours now. Sad to say but I could of hopped in my car from Regina and driven down to Mississauga and be getting back to Regina sometime today.

Your tracking system tells me that my registered letter is delivered but does not tell me who signed for it

The only thing Canada post is good at is being consistently bad. We lost your package? Go ahead open up a service ticket. We’ll contact you in a month with what to do next. What a joke.

Very disappointed! I paid 43.47 for a parcel to be insured and “safely” delivered. The recipient lives in a complex with outside doorways to each unit. The parcel was just “dropped” at the doorway. No signature asked for. If it wasn’t for her next door neighbor seeing it before anyone else, it would have been stolen. This parcel was also insured for $1,000. Recipient when asked was told you are not taking signatures because of Covid.??? NOT IMPRESSED!!

I cannot believe this so friggin slow unreal I am waiting for a package small package from mississauga to Newfoundland it has been 5 days and still sitting in mississauga this has to be the worst service ever so done with canada post

Lost parcel which had items of sentimental value that belonged to a deceased grandfather being sent to his grandaughter !!!

If I could give a lower rating then one star I would. I’ve never had a smooth deliver with Canada post. Absolutely beyond a doubt the most useless shipping company I have ever had to deal with, its mind blowing. Some kid doing rounds in his moms mini van is a better option then using Canada post. I’ve made an account, still never gotten a phone call when my package is out front. So much for two day shipping. Never mind they’ve never tried buzzing me either.

Sent standard letter to overseas from Edmonton Alberta to India. Paid $23.00 for tracking , informed on screen it would take 3-7 business days, my letter is still sitting in Montreal QC on the 7th day. Would not use this service again!

I was told 4 days and my parcel was delivered in 2. Excellent!

Horrible tracking delayed a few days and j9 updates.. still ' out for delivery ' 3 days ago

It said my package was out for delivery yesterday. Today it’s back in transit in Mississauga. Not accurate at all.

I brought a parcel in on a Monday paid $24.00 for xpress post with tracking number checked Wednesday afternoon,pkg still sitting in Parry sound,this is terrible service thes are meds for a cancer patient on dialysis and very ill,this is not right.why would it still have not moved?

Kinda frustrated with the tracking on a parcel. It's been 5 days, 2 of which were over the weekend. And the only update that's given is that two days ago it managed to make it to a city that's a 2.5 hr drive away and that's it. Has it really also just been sitting there for two days as well?! It's arrival time is rather crucial and the lack of a payed service is shocking.....
