Canada Post reviews

Package sent express. Every 3 days they move the delivery date farther and farther ahead. I could have walked it here in the time it takes Canada post.

Great service. Parcel was delivered 5 days before estimated delivery time. Wow!

I requested to be delivered to my door, instead received a notice for pickup at shopper's drug mart. It happens most the time. Other courriers knock the door then leave. But Post office just leave a notice for pickup. Pickup office or post office. Giving zero rate.

On Tuesday, October 13, 2020 I posted a letter with two house keys in it. It was accepted by the post office in Mississauga, Ontario. The destination was West Palm Beach in Florida. Now it is Saturday, October 17 (same year!!!), but I only have a tracking record for Wednesday, October 14. Nothing more!! Why the delay in providing tracking information?? Bad!!!

Poor service in three days parcel has reched Montreal from Ottawa in to I don't know how many days it takes to reach India, Very Ah/horrible service it takes 4 days for DHL to deliver

Simply put...if this service wasn't a government owned and run service believe you me it would be 100 times better. There is too much "whatever" attitude with all these employees which we pay. I get packages delivered to another home who has the same adress number but different street name...like how hard is it to READ? Unless he/she doesn't know how i guess.

I sent two packages at the same time. I have only one tracking number. The second package was not on sales slip and unable to track. The person I sent it to has not received it yet. I suspect the mail clerk has a problem with me because she sent someone to acost me about theft that was false. I smelt marijuana on her at the time. I found her to be rude towards me possibly because I’m am aboriginal looking Metis. 0

Pretty useless tracking a letter. Mailed on october 7th and now the 17th, the tracker says the same thing since the 7th...on its way to destination country...duh. Waste of money...a rip off basically.

While Amazon delivers a package overnight, that too from US, waiting for a parcel from Vancouver for the last 6 days.

you should take "Canada" off the name. stop slow dragging the country.

This is a joke! I dropped off an envelope to be sent by the fastest method possible. It was to go from Edmonton to San Diego. I was advised that Express Post was the fastest and most expensive. It would arrive in days or perhaps longer given co-vid. So, I reluctantly went with it as it was an urgent matter. I have used the tracking program and discovered that it has now sat in Edmonton, its starting point for 3 days. Further, I am told that it is not scheduled to be delivered until October 23rd, some 9 days later. Are you kidding! I used ordinary mail about 1 month earlier but paid for tracking and it only took 5 days to arrive. It was a whole lot less expensive as well. In trying to contact someone by phone, that is another whole problem as the system makes it too difficult to speak to a living, breathing person. So disappointing. Not prepared to ever use Canada Post again. They ask me to rate them and provide 5 stars. I can't submit this unless I give them at least 1 star. so, that is what I will give just to submit this rating but in truth they don't deserve even 1 star. A very upset customer!!!!!!

My parcel was supposed to be here at 1:00pm it's been in Mississauga since 10am.
