Order no 7X101067295.received a message saying order out for delivery at 4 pm.at evening 8 pm when I called your people they said I have to confirm my address.nobody had visited my address and they want me to confirm.very rude and very unhelpful staff.they said they will cancel the order.is this the help?

Worst service. A parcel has come for me from Ambattur Mannurpet branch. Last 3 days the tracker shows taken for delivery. But not even a single day the delivery boy has come to my location to deliver or contact me over mobile. Midnight everyday I am receiving a message. Ist day person was not available. 2nd day the customer has requested for delivery on another day and yesterday midnight another sms saying taken for delivery but customer not available.i do not know now how to get the parcel since the delivery boy also doesnot pickup the call.

The employee of DTDC COURIER COMPANY Not doing there work properly I done 3 courier on 08,09,10 August 2024 I paid for 3couriers but they combined the all 3couriers and despatch on 11/August/2024 totally waste service
