The worst service I've ever experienced. The store I ordered book from has sent parcel via DTDC and literally the order was placed on 20th August and today 1st aug it's keep showing reschedule reschedule reschedule at the first mile place itself!!!! Parcel is not leaving Delhi from last 10 days!!! And here comes the worst part - there customer service, 4 times called and stayed on hold for so long and then they say yes ma'am say , and when I said they listen and hang up !!!! Just hang up !!!! No solution, no explanation nothing!!!!! Just hang up and I called again but now my call is no longer connecting to anyone there. Worst experience!!!!!

Consignee was in off when he got msg Door Closed. He forwarded msg to me from the destination where he was waiting for the document. At about 4.30 talked to customer service he said we have time upto 7.00 P.M. so you should get it by then. While accepting the docoment I was told 130 rs for normal n 300 Rs for express, hence paid 300 Rs for urgency but did not get delivery in promised time. Customer Service said your booking is for delivery by 2nd Aug in the system. Express survice has code "V" in the airway bill no whereas yours is "X". Could not understand the game. Franchisee is playi g with the customer or what. I smell RAT in the game.

Worst service of dtdc. After 5 days, their customer service replied that don't worry . We will deliver it soon. I suggest that it is better to send parcel by India Post speed post. It will be my last consignment to send by dtdc. I rate it (-) 0.

Terrible courier service, horrible customer care. had very bad experience. The parcel (R83641154) containing plants were send from Kerala on 8th july and reached me on 29th july!!!!! 21 long days... imagine the state of the plants in the parcel. All the exotic plants in he parcel were COMPLETLY ROTTEN. I received the consignment with the label " COMPLETE DAMAGE" as well. The consignment had been completely damaged. Cannot believe that DTDC has deteriorated to this extent. After writing to the customer care, i get a reply to accept their sincere apologies for the unintentional delay caused in this regards. It seems they understand how disappointed I must be!!!!!! And it seems i need to Kindly contact the Booking point as this was not insured and booking procedure is not followed. I dont understand what do they mean by insuring? having paid Rs.340 charges for less than one kg of parcel. I am shocked and suprised to read that customer care is asking a customer to go back and contact the Booking point for insured and booking procedure. Then what is the customer support for?. Looks like they are to direct customer back to the desk. It is not a matter of apology. I am asking you why and where did the parcel get stuck for 21 long days?? (more than . Inspite of mentioning the content as live plants..... you have never bothered to work on it. and U have successfully killed all the plants) HOw can i accept your apologies for the delay caused. How can you understand how disappointed I must be to see all the rotten and complete killed plants. DISGUSTING and REALLY SAD.... I am raising the issue after paying Rs. 340 for a small piece of parcel. I think DTDC should be serious and responsible about what you are saying. YOU are custom support staff!!! DTDC has to return back the amount Total Rs. 1140 (Rs. 340 courier charges and 800 Rs plant charges) which I have spent on the assignment. Very very bad experience....i felt the need to share the tragic incident with society to create awareness about DTDC. Best wishes and regards,

Very very poor service by dtdc. I really disappointed How long I am waiting for my parcel from surat to Mumbai... I suggest everyone think twice to choose dtdc service. I am still not get my parcel

Hi I am from defence services. I booked a parcel through DTDC on 22 July for banglore and delivery was promised by 26 July. The website showed the parcel in banglore area since 27 July however they have not delivered it till date. I have contacted their worst customer care thrice where they gave fake assistance of delivering it immediately. The website also showed that the receiver refused to accept the partial which was a complete lie. I have even complained through chatboard but that is also not working. The parcel contains very urgent documents and same has been explained to their customer care reps time and again. It is the worst courier service. Even now they are not taking any action.
