Supposed to be delivered on 1st December and still don’t know where is my parcel. Unbelievable service from Fastway. Your sorry or apology don’t make me happy. No excuses like Christmas time or COVID 19. I ordered other stuffs from different courier companies and they delivered on and before time. I don’t recommend to others. -10 out of +10. Absolutely rubbish service. Thanks

Said item delivered 9.13am after a 1 week late promised delivery time. I was at home at this time when a courier arrived and dropped something in my mail. Nothing at all looking like my item. Even still my instructions were to leave at front patio which was under cover. After a down poor of rain this afternoon I go get out the letter box whatever was left there and sure enough it was my item folded in half and half hanging out letter box to get rained on. Item damaged. Not the first time I've had issues with this delivery company. They said item delived as specified as their finalisation piece. Not at all delivered per my directions.

I am astounded how this bunch are still operating. I now request from whom I purchase from online what courier service they have if it is Fastways, I will not buy from anyone using Fastways, too many bad experiences. They should get of the business a change of name cannot possibly change anything from their previous dismal performance and reputation. They would be well advised to get of the way and let people that know what they are doing handling freight in Australia. They would have to be on of the worst services in the world not just Australia.
