  • Said item delivered 9.13am after a 1 week late promised delivery time. I was at home at this time when a courier arrived and dropped something in my mail. Nothing at all looking like my item. Even still my instructions were to leave at front patio which was under cover. After a down poor of rain this afternoon I go get out the letter box whatever was left there and sure enough it was my item folded in half and half hanging out letter box to get rained on. Item damaged. Not the first time I've had issues with this delivery company. They said item delived as specified as their finalisation piece. Not at all delivered per my directions.

  • I am astounded how this bunch are still operating. I now request from whom I purchase from online what courier service they have if it is Fastways, I will not buy from anyone using Fastways, too many bad experiences. They should get of the business a change of name cannot possibly change anything from their previous dismal performance and reputation. They would be well advised to get of the way and let people that know what they are doing handling freight in Australia. They would have to be on of the worst services in the world not just Australia.

  • What's the point of a tracking code if my parcel never moves? All I know is that it was picked up 10 days ago, and no new information has come? Contacted supplier and informed them not to use these people any longer.

  • Pathetic the slowest in the world Tracking is a joke no updates No indication of whereabouts during its journey Except for in transit a very ambiguous statement Unfortunately there is no minus star category so forced to leave 1 star In order to state my comments And this is not a single event the last half dozen items have all arrived well after others from other companies have arrived ordered at the same time toll is the better performer always know where parcel is Hunter slightly better than aramex but still slow aust post also slow

  • I agree more like slow ways than fast ways. Not too sure why the hell they are always so pathetic, old fashioned technology in this day and age customer service staff haven't got a clue about where your packages are, nothing good about them at all, rather deal with the horrors of Aust Post and that's a hard thing to say? Update your services, immediately. Don't you care that not one of your reviews says anything good about your "lack of" service ??

  • Fast? Aramex... whatever the name tracking stopped working a werk ago! Taking over a week to get from Melb to Brisbane. Are u using a drone??? So annoyed.
