takes days to update parcels mine has been sitting in sydney for 4 days

Don’t bother, they are useless, quicker and cheaper if I picked it up myself especially when they still can’t find it

Slow Ways by nature so "Slow Ways" by name! 15 days since my item left Melbourne for Sunshine Coast. Still in Melbourne according to tracking...seriously!

Apparently my parcel was picked up on the 30th November and is still in transit it’s only coming from Melbourne

What's the point of a tracking code if my parcel never moves? All I know is that it was picked up 10 days ago, and no new information has come? Contacted supplier and informed them not to use these people any longer.

I agree more like slow ways than fast ways. Not too sure why the hell they are always so pathetic, old fashioned technology in this day and age customer service staff haven't got a clue about where your packages are, nothing good about them at all, rather deal with the horrors of Aust Post and that's a hard thing to say? Update your services, immediately. Don't you care that not one of your reviews says anything good about your "lack of" service ??

Fast? Aramex... whatever the name tracking stopped working a werk ago! Taking over a week to get from Melb to Brisbane. Are u using a drone??? So annoyed.

Why do fastway couriers take three days to deliver it is now the weekend not able to contact them at all to find where it is This is the worst company ever Bad pls other companies think twice before using they are only making you look bad

All 3 parcels did not arrive together only received 1 parcel so far. Tracking option not helpful at all
