  • It took far too long for my parcel to get from Cheltenham to Reservoir. 8 days "in transit" at the Melbourne Depot. Meanwhile parcels sent by Australia Post, ordered days after the one you delivered, from Warrigal and Sydney arrived before the one you kept in transit.

  • Worst courier company I’ve ever dealt with. My package has supposedly been sitting in their Sydney depot for about ten days now... no one can give me an answer as to exactly where it is or why it is not being delivered... every phone call the same- “we’re investigating, we assure you it will be delivered within 2-3 business days”... what a load of crap! I would rate them negative stars if I could! No accountability, no way to speak to anyone inside Australia (offshore contact centre)... customer has NO recourse if something is late or in my case completely missing...

  • Wow I just checked the reviews, seems like they are habitually late and losing parcels, I went back 2 pages of the reviews seems like some people have been waiting close to a month for a delivery from Melbourne/Brisbane, everyone is saying the same thing, missing parcels, no tracking, no customer service.....my real rating is minus five stars, can some of you others post if your package has finally arrived....

  • Waiting for a carton picked up on the 30th now 18 days late and showing on the tracking as being collected, they keep saying they will know something in 24-48 hours, these guys used to be great, worst customer service ever

  • If I could make it 0 I want to, they lost my parcel and not even let me know after 1 month when I’m looking for it then only I know that my items were lost.
